Physical buttons yes, but the touch screen buttons are more annoying than useful, mainly because if you accidentally touch them while turning the steering wheel upside down to make a U turn for example, some random feature will be activated. Takes a while to get used to the touch sensitive buttons
I have the volume adjustment plus a few other common use button the wheel of my puma where the spokes in the middle are and it's such a nice quality of life feature.

Another thing that is worth mentioning is that the modern cars don't have a special place for storing the key, and also the start stop feature ( the engine turning off automatically if the car is stationary )
Just found your channel, and I have to tell, I enjoyed every video I watched. Keep it up :) I can relate to color choices a lot, this is why I am considering to wrap a car because I just cant get it in yellow or green as I want to by default. I don't see the point of not adding more colours to, for instance, Mercedes configurator as you still have to pay extra for other shades of basic white or grey 🤔 It is sad that for 60k you still can not get a colour you want to by default 😭
It can be fine if integrated properly (cayman interior, A110 interior, Bentley rotating screen etc) But 90% of the time they’re just slapped onto the dashboard with little to no attention to detail
