Hyperia looks like it has the most interesting hyper coaster layout that I've yet seen. It looks short, but with no dull moments and all of the elements look very interesting
Indeed! You should check out their Cotaland Tilt Coaster's layout on RCDB! Austin, TX, 2024 according to RCDB. I've seen it all stacked & ready to be built, along with their Gerstlauer Infiniti Shuttle.

I immediately recognised the layout of the All American triple loop. From 2000 - 2005 it was at Flamingo Land UK. Pretty weird but I rode it twice and greyed out at 2 points on the ride both times. From the Flamingo Land wiki - A Triple Loop Coaster built by Anton Schwarzkopf that originally toured German funfairs as Dreier Looping & Sunway Lagoon, Malaysia. Now located at Indiana Beach in the United States under the name All American Triple Loop.
Over 30 years later and Arizona FINALLY gets a new thrill coaster. I love desert Storm and all its quirks but seeing a launched hyper GTX is something I never would’ve expected. Can’t wait to drive up to Glendale when it opens.
Personally I can’t wait for Hyperia the most, some of those elements and the scale you’ll take them look incredible! That outer bank is if you took steel vengeances second airtime hill, and then put iron gwazi’s death roll together!
I live in Ireland and all we had was Tayto Park. Back in 2015, they built the biggest wooden rollercoaster in Europe...'Cúchulainn'....A company bought it and renamed it 'Emerald Park'...They are now in the process of converting it from a family theme park to a rollercoaster park. There are 2 brand new metal coasters going in in Spring 2024......Can't wait...This is the only theme park in Ireland btw..🤣...You should come visit!🤣

As a uk enthusiast hyperia is the biggest thing we've had in years and I cannot wait to have a coaster that will blow every other uk coaster out of the water
Maybe a little biased because Thorpe is my home park but I think the top 3 coasters in Europe at the end of this season will be Hyperia, Voltron and Ride to Happiness. All different MACK models. It's going to be a great year for Europe and especially the UK

Between you and I,I was kinda hoping that this ride would have taken over the spot at Cedar Point where Wicked Twister once was. The view of the lake alone would have been a bad ass marketing sell point, but hey, the new restaurant offers a yummy French Bread Pizza that would bring me in from Denver.
Can't wait to ride Voltron and its extremely rich and diverse layout in August, looks like Mack Rides can takeover if they keep going this way. Plus in France we will have an even taller stryker in 2026-27

I'm surprised u didn't mention the MACK rides big dipper Wiener Looping or the OTHER stryker coaster going to Fantanasia in Austria (replacing the Wild Train)
Wiener Prater unfortunately cancelled their Mack Big Dipper Coaster, but since there was already lots of track fabricated, Fantasiana will be taking hold of the project at a cheaper rate. We won’t see that ride open until 2025.

I had the honor of riding Drier Looping (All-American Triple Loop) in 1985 at a German fair on the first ACE Europe tour. Lap bars only! This is one of my all-time favorite steel coasters. So powerful! We had ERT for an hour & some ACERs/enthusiasts were riding once or twice & taking a break or quitting. Not me! 30 rides & I couldn't get enough! All 3 loops & some of the turns caused grey-outs. The first drop was incredible! I don't expect that much power at Indiana Beach, and I'm _extremely_ disappointed to see the accordion shoulder restraints remaining. Texas Tornado (Schwartzkopf Thriller) at Astroworld accordion restraints sucked! Nevertheless, I'll be at Indiana Beach when it opens, hoping it will still kick my ass & make me smile & nearly blind! Aren't the two coasters at COTA in Austin, TX opening in 2024? RCDB says "yes." A Vekoma Tilt Coaster (!), and a custom Gerstlauer Infiniti shuttle coaster (forwards & backwards). Won't this be the only Vekoma Tilt Coaster in the U.S? You should go to RCDB & see the layout! What about the Schwartzkopf Shuttle Loop at Niagra Amusement Park?
Have you heard any updates regarding the Vekoma Family Boomerang coming to the Nashville Zoo? I live within a few hours of Holiday World, Kings Island and Nashville so I'm excited but I haven't heard any updates on the Nashville coaster since the initial plans leaked from Vekoma.
the plan right now is to get on flash vertical velocity and im so excited, i hope i have better luck with that then wildcats revenge which was closed in my visit

I’m a huge fan of the name “Aquaphobia” to be the official name for SFOG’s Ultra Surf coaster. I hope that is the case but I have a feeling of “Georgia Surfer” winning the contest as there was a fake announcement of the ride having that name. It’s only a matter of time to see it be announced next year.
9:24 Two things I don't like about B&M dive coasters. One, they usually drop into an immelman, one of the worst elements invented, you get a sudden blast of positive Gs and then gently come down like an old man being lowered into a lukewarm bath (because he has spinal damage). Finally, they NEVER put airtime into the entire rest of the ride. 1s of mild floater from the drop is all you get.
I was excited for TT2 until I saw that the coaster literally only goes halfway up the tower during testing. ( yes I understand that it doesn’t always go full speed during testing but it went over the top hat after so it must have been the correct speed). Why did they built it so high if they’re not even going to use at least 3/4 of it. Gimmicky as hell.
Technically, 5 new coasters are opening across the Cedar Fair chain. Top Thrill 2, MonteZOOMa, Iron Menace, Snoopy’s Soap Box Racers & the recently announced Snoopy’s Tenderpaw Twister for Knott’s Berry Farm (not featured in this video).
For genting Skyworlds, I feel like they will not open their two coasters until another manufacturer will continue the project. Dynamic Attractions went bankrupted this year so...
No falcons flight? I mean, yea, while it is ambitious that it’ll open next year, significant progress has happened Should at least get a mention, I mean montezooma was in this video and it might not even open

Definitely will in 2024 (along with my first Dorney trip in 10 years) and I'm hoping to possibly do a Spain trip (maybe Italy as well). With ArieForceOne already done back in April, I hope to complete CoasterDash's top 3 from '23 with rides on Wildcat's Revenge and Batman Gotham City Escape!

Don't get your hopes up with Montezooma. It was revealed that the contractors screwed up making the renovations impossible.

I'm surprised u didn't mention the MACK rides big dipper Wiener Looping or the OTHER stryker coaster going to Fantanasia in Austria (replacing the Wild Train)
Wiener Prater unfortunately cancelled their Mack Big Dipper Coaster, but since there was already lots of track fabricated, Fantasiana will be taking hold of the project at a cheaper rate. We won’t see that ride open until 2025.
Perhaps Falcon's Flight in KSA belongs in this list too.
I had the honor of riding Drier Looping (All-American Triple Loop) in 1985 at a German fair on the first ACE Europe tour. Lap bars only! This is one of my all-time favorite steel coasters. So powerful! We had ERT for an hour & some ACERs/enthusiasts were riding once or twice & taking a break or quitting. Not me! 30 rides & I couldn't get enough! All 3 loops & some of the turns caused grey-outs. The first drop was incredible! I don't expect that much power at Indiana Beach, and I'm _extremely_ disappointed to see the accordion shoulder restraints remaining. Texas Tornado (Schwartzkopf Thriller) at Astroworld accordion restraints sucked! Nevertheless, I'll be at Indiana Beach when it opens, hoping it will still kick my ass & make me smile & nearly blind!
Aren't the two coasters at COTA in Austin, TX opening in 2024? RCDB says "yes." A Vekoma Tilt Coaster (!), and a custom Gerstlauer Infiniti shuttle coaster (forwards & backwards). Won't this be the only Vekoma Tilt Coaster in the U.S? You should go to RCDB & see the layout! What about the Schwartzkopf Shuttle Loop at Niagra Amusement Park?
Have you heard any updates regarding the Vekoma Family Boomerang coming to the Nashville Zoo? I live within a few hours of Holiday World, Kings Island and Nashville so I'm excited but I haven't heard any updates on the Nashville coaster since the initial plans leaked from Vekoma.
I have not. It’s weird how little we’ve heard about that project. Assuming it’s still happening, i’d expect an opening sometime in 2025.

I’m a huge fan of the name “Aquaphobia” to be the official name for SFOG’s Ultra Surf coaster. I hope that is the case but I have a feeling of “Georgia Surfer” winning the contest as there was a fake announcement of the ride having that name. It’s only a matter of time to see it be announced next year.

9:24 Two things I don't like about B&M dive coasters. One, they usually drop into an immelman, one of the worst elements invented, you get a sudden blast of positive Gs and then gently come down like an old man being lowered into a lukewarm bath (because he has spinal damage). Finally, they NEVER put airtime into the entire rest of the ride. 1s of mild floater from the drop is all you get.

I was excited for TT2 until I saw that the coaster literally only goes halfway up the tower during testing. ( yes I understand that it doesn’t always go full speed during testing but it went over the top hat after so it must have been the correct speed). Why did they built it so high if they’re not even going to use at least 3/4 of it. Gimmicky as hell.
I’ve told people that Cedar Fair is adding 3 1/2 new coasters in 2024.
Technically, 5 new coasters are opening across the Cedar Fair chain. Top Thrill 2, MonteZOOMa, Iron Menace, Snoopy’s Soap Box Racers & the recently announced Snoopy’s Tenderpaw Twister for Knott’s Berry Farm (not featured in this video).
Be nice if dynamic attractions could get ANY of their rides working for more than 10 mins...

@@CoasterDash Despite only living four hours away, I didn't make it to Hershey in 2023. Definitely will in 2024 (along with my first Dorney trip in 10 years) and I'm hoping to possibly do a Spain trip (maybe Italy as well). With ArieForceOne already done back in April, I hope to complete CoasterDash's top 3 from '23 with rides on Wildcat's Revenge and Batman Gotham City Escape!
