Kaler Kahar is the most beautiful resort in Pakistan. It is located in Chakwal district. It is 135 km from Hussain Wadi Islamabad and 244 km from Lahore. 1519 A.S. 915 Yajri Zaheeruddin Babur stayed in Kallar Kahar on his return from the campaign carved the throne and decorated it with the name of Babri Throne. Kaler Kahar is famous for its saltwater lake and ancient museum. Wonderful playlands have been built around this lake.
