Dude, you do all top 3 common mistakes in technic working with kettlebell.. I hope your lower back, palms and forearms are fine.

Good workout. I find it slightly difficult to breathe after exertion in colder weather or hot humid summers too. But making myself used to it again.

At first glance l thought he was going to press 415 ............
Someday I may rotate back to barbells from kettlebells and go for the 300lb c&p.The strength may be there, especially if I run wall hspu for a while to solidify pressing with all the kettlebell pull gains.
Oh man. u will destroy ur wrists with it. Buy some competition style KB's and do it with proper technique
