Of its time, but it's still a great film. Also Lewis Collins was an ex para, so knew quite a lot about the military, which made Who Dares Wins more realistic.
I still love this film years later, it has so much to it, was a favourite of mine back then, and still as good today, those guys are the best in the world, the terrorists weren't ready for the CRW, go 22 SAS, the elite...
my dads mate installed the “fish-eye” cameras in the Iranian embassy siege that helped them locate the hostages . The scene is recreated in Skellerns mews house in the film
This was part one from the course "How to ruin a historical building in less than one hour". Excellent edit and a good movie. Loved the view through the mask making it very real (at least for what I think it might be real). When I was part of the SAS-team I would have make sure that the terrorists are really dead by giving them some extra bullets. Before you know one of these guys is able to kill some of the hostages. And for fun also :-) The guy landing on the chair at 4:18 was my favorite. Very nice. Well done!!!
Thanks Gary. Yeah the guy at 4:18 is pretty cool and it's a good little movie. I agree with your philosophy - there's never too many bullets to put in a terrorist! Glad you enjoyed it :-)
The Best James Bond we never had
Lewis Collins
Yes, he was tailor made for the role but it wasn't to be.

He was in the running to be James Bond but lost out to Timothy Dalton.

And Lewis Collins is sadly missed. I loved 'The Professionals' :-) Many thanks mate, glad you enjoyed the clip!
