thanks coach Justin. What would be the proper grip to throw for a left handed first baseman like myself? Do you have videos on throwing mechanics for us left handed first basemen?
Ultimate Baseball Training Ok cool! I do the dumbbell work in the gym, it definitely helped. Again, keep up the good work and I’ll keep an eye out for the next video!
Hey, I really need your help. I am a new pitcher I just started this year. And it snows here so I can't pitch anymore. Is there any drills I can do indoors to maintain my control and velocity?
Always succinct and helpful. Only suggestion would be to emphasise the importance of not 'hooking' your wrist when trying to throw the curve ball and keeping a strong karate chop motion to avoid stressing the elbow and shoulder.
I think that's all you really need - a good fastball with a little movement and something offspeed, like a changeup. You can start to teach the curveball, but don't get carried away with throwing too many of them. Try to MASTER 2-3 pitches, not have 10 mediocre ones.
I have video idea also - Pressure of being "The Man" on your team - my son is going to have to be the man on his team and being 6'2" at 13 makes him have a lot more on shoulders...

Thanks for the good work! I enjoy the videos. Like the work out ones too! Could you put together a solid gym workout that’ll improve our game?
I like that idea! I'll try to make that happen!

This is good! do some more pitching videos!
loved this thanks!
What you do think is maximum amount of pitch types a 13 year old should use - Currently my son used a 4 seam, 2 seam, and a change
