OMG, Hector trained me in my high school days before I got injured. Taught me all the pitching fundamentals. All my movement came from his teachings. This is such a blast from the past.

This is a great video for me, when I started playing I only throw a 4 seam fastball so I was looking for ways to improve it up to now. This video helped me a lot to improve the velocity of my 4 seam. By watching your videos I improve myself and my pitching arsenal, so thank you Coach for the videos
Great invention!!
I always tried pronation for my movement it felt very weird. I tried tilting the axis of the ball but it never worked. But when I gripped my 2 seamer over the top and just threw it as hard as I could without doing any extra stuff to make the ball move it moved like a sinker.
Yea idk the two seam and change ups when u have to pronate feel weird

Does the arm slot change when throwing a 2 seam , Im not get movement on my 2 seam ,,, basically it’s flat.
When i start pitching my fastball slow and had huge movment to down but now i increase my speed but i loose my fastball movment. And i tryed to get it again but i didn't get it.
How i can get my old movment?

I’m a freshman center fielder and second baseman that might alternate as pitcher. What do you recommend I do or what pitches are most effective??
Slider/curve/slurve just something like one of those and a change up/ sinker/ 2 seam so you have something to opposite way

Do you have any tips on the knuckle curveball? Been struggling to consistently produce the red dot spin. (I throw it more like a fastball then curveball)
idk how you throw your knucklecurve, however, what i've seen and learned is that knuckle curves are supposed to have a much more of a 12-6 break. if you want that red cdot spin you might be interested in a slider.
