@@Zeratultheking Also the editors are already editing in half the stuff and removing bunch of stuff, how is it that they couldnt spot and remove it, even Cavill moustache removal edit lvl would have been enough due to it being in spot nobody would be looking at that closely, but even they decided to skip over it and leave it in, the amount of people who failed to do their job or just skipped over it thinking nobody would notice it is insane to think about
I believe it was just a miss from the crew. Man they had to deal with dragons and large buildings being blasted. They might have overseen it amidst the heavy task

Belker (a character in the show) walked past the water cooler, grabbed the Emmy and took it out of the scene that he wasn't even a part of. LOL 🤣
I just wish I was as beautiful and smart looking in that outfit! Emilia is stunning. And Sophie's looked so ethereal when wearing her metallic dress at one of the premieres. Stunning ladies. Loved the edit with Varys- just after the Emilia confession! Yes the heat probably would be on her- dragons and fire- Dracarys!
There is a specific role on set called a script supervisor. Their job is to record notes about every take so that the editors and directors can later sort out which they want to use. One of their jobs is continuity. They make sure the scene is free from things like coffee cups, that someone's necklace doesn't switch from one side to the other and back magically, and so forth. They are hired at the discretion of the directors and producers. So, 1. Often directors are too arrogant, or producers too greedy to hire one. This bites them in the peach because it makes editing a longer process …this more costly in time and money. 2. Often they are not listened to. Sometimes that's fine. The director has to decide the relative importance of anything in a take, plus things like shoot schedule and so on. But also Often its directors arrogantly ignoring the subordinates. 3. Often shoot days are ridiculously over scheduled. This means that everyone is more likely to make a mistake. This issue is on the directors and producers. It comes down to money, but how you allocate money comes down to your values as a filmmaker. You don't have to compromise safety and dignity to make great stories. In summary, i blame D&D for even attempting to make the latter seasons. So it's their fault for sure. 😂

The coffee cup incident is probably the most accurate representation of S8 as a whole. At the time I was like wtf but now when I see the cup I'm like "yeah makes sense lol" so the cup "scandal" is pretty much the least scandalous part of Season 8 now.
For a multi million dollar production, couldn't they have edited it out if they knew? Seems like the main fault is the producers of the show for not spotting this in production
If the directors hadn’t ruined morale by announcing they were gonna quit before this season even came out to work on Star Wars, this show could’ve been the number one show in the world.
I heard that it’s apparently popular to leave stuff around in set as long as the editor edits it out in post. So it’s sad they missed it but it really wasn’t anyones fault.
People don't realize that this is a prop attention tactic done on purpose lol, it gets people talking more and more about the show and it gets people who weren't initially interested in a show to watch it for that "mess up" and it's usually done in a scene that demands your attention so when people watch it, they get interested and decide to watch the show.
These people are actors, they act every day of their lives, why do you thinkwhen you hit em with a question they aren't used to they usually devolve into a rage/anger/get away asap?
