Your dad saved them for you and your brother he just didn't know it every time you drive the mustang you will think of him my father sold his 57 Chevy when I was three it took us 48 years to find it my father past away before he could see it two months after he passed away something got me up in the middle of the night and told me to get on craigslist I put 1957 Chevy in the first car at the top of the list was my fathers car I bought it and gave it to my little brother great videos your father is always with you my father also had a lot of cars he left my brothers and me there not junk they are memories most of the cars we all worked on together as a family I will always remember him every time we work together on them thank you for your videos just think about what the mustang will look like when it is done cool car old Ford never die they hibernate until they get awakened I liked the look on your face when that 351 roared to life priceless

I want to tell you how much I enjoy everything you’re putting together on your channel whether it’s the mustang or the F1 50. Initially when I saw that it was a Mustang build that triggered my attention as I have a 70 Mach 1 m-code. I ended up finishing the restoration couple years ago but then again there never truly done LOL. The irony here is that I have a 97 F3 50 but I ended up putting a new bed on and new fenders so there’s some common talking points that we share. But I have to say that you’re 70 Mustang and F150 build has even gone beyond just cars and the fact that you’re willing to share your dad‘s story with us speaks a lot of who you are. Your latest video talking about your dad hit home not just with me but with your other viewers from what I can tell. I think it’s great what you’re doing and that you’re involving your brother in it you seem like a down-to-earth guy and I wish you the best of luck. I look forward to every time you have a new post and I shared them with my boys and my daughter were in their 20s in late teens because they too can relate with your 70 and mine. Don’t be in a rush take your time enjoy the journey don’t cut any corners do it right. You’ll be glad when it’s finished that you didn’t leave any stones unturned. Deepest sympathy for you and your family with the loss of your father I can’t imagine that. Fortunately I still have mine. Man I’m sorry about your dad. I lost my dad in 2019 to dementia. He was 64. My dad left us with a bunch of cars too. Not as many as what you’re talking about but several. A lot of them were from my grandpa. I wish I could send you a video of them. The thing I can say is your dad could have been doing a lot worse things so you can count yourself as being blessed. You are right. Everyone has struggles and problems but God carries us through those struggles. Praying for y’all. I also have a 69 fastback project. It’s not nearly as complete as yours.

Been watching you since the beginning, haven't commented until now, my dad passed away in2012, my dad was like your dad, when he died my brother and I cleaned up 18 cars and 55,000#s of scrap steel, and yeah he was a Ford man too, he was born in 1940, and on his tombstone is ingraved a 1940 Ford truck, feel your pain I still pick up the phone at times and catch myself trying to dial his number.

As someone who suffers from depression and OCD, I can definitely understand the struggle. I'm sorry to hear of your loss. You shouldn't have to explain anything, but much respect for being so transparent with your viewers. Nothing wrong with getting interested in a hobby late: I didn't get into and didn't understand computer programming/web development until I was 34, but was a car enthusiast since I was a child. I’m sorry you felt the need to have to film this - people are so full of vinegar about other people’s business and lives. My dad was a hoarder and clearing out his house after he died was one of the most time consuming and emotionally draining things I’ve ever done. Watching your videos is a joy, the journey is what life is about

It’s sad people question your dad’s death and think you’re staging the Mustang restoration. My dad was a preacher, My uncle taught mè auto mechanics. I wish he could’ve helped us restore my 66 Mustang. You have your brother. I think your dad would want you and your brother to make memories putting soothing he loved back on the road.

Lost my dad 18 years ago. Not a day has passed that I wish I could just call him up and talk with him. I’ve lost count of all the times I had a question about something and thought to my self “I’ll just call dad”, only to quickly realize he has been gone for a long time now. This has got to be the biggest coincidense ever to happen to me. In february of this year, my dad also passed away unexpectedly due to a heart attack at 53. I jumped out of my seat when i heard it. He was the best dad ever. I never doubted you due to similar stuff happening to me. My dad was a huge car nut, but due to him not having alot of money at the time of passing i lost my car which was registered to him. It was a saab 9-5 Turbo Aero Wagon that we were gonna fix up together for my first car when i get my license (im 17, we get licenses at 18 here in europe) Stay strong man, backin’ ya up from Norway. I miss my Dad, he died on 2004. He was the opposite of me towards cars. He ran them into the ground! I'm a Ford guy too. I have three of them; 1989 F150 Super Cab w/the 5.0, 1992 Thunderbird Sport 5.0, and a 1971 Mustang 302, Hardtop. From the first video, it didn't seem like you lived there. It was somebody elses place. My Dad had mental health issues also, but he kept a roof over our heads and off the streets. Great repair content on the F150. Advice on the Mustang. Prior to welding in repair panels, have the unibody frame checked for twists and bends at a Body Shop that has the frame table repair machine. I forget what the trade name is. So yeah that will help with the restoration. I would find a steel plate or something else to make a flat and even "floor" for the Mustang to be on while you weld in new panels. My dad died of cancer 5 years ago. I really miss my dad. I loved my dad too. My dad had a problem buying horses he had about 29 of them. My dad liked fords too he always bought a Ford. I am a big ford fan too that is why I am here for the 69 ford mustang. I used to have a 67 mustang but now days I only have a ford ranger edge 2005 model.

I make that lunch date a priority and even my boss knows not to schedule me for anything at that time. It is something I know I will remember when he does pass. So keep it up. Keep making memories. Thank you for sharing the story. My dad is similar in the respect that he loves Chevy, probably owns 30-40 cars as well. I'm lucky that he is still around and try to turn wrenches with him every chance I get.
Stick with what you are doing - the path of discovery you are on with the mustang is absolutely awesome! reminds me of working on a 67 mustang in high school back in the 80's with a buddy. the knowledge of computers and electronics will help you down the road. I cannot wait until you take that Mach 1 for a first ride! would love to see you get the mustang to drive around before you tear it apart but that is your choice. and your dad not being there sucks, I'm lucky to have mine still around. we are here to help learn you to get the old fords up and running!

Been watching you since the beginning, haven't commented until now, my dad passed away in2012, my dad was like your dad, when he died my brother and I cleaned up 18 cars and 55,000#s of scrap steel, and yeah he was a Ford man too, he was born in 1940, and on his tombstone is ingraved a 1940 Ford truck, feel your pain I still pick up the phone at times and catch myself trying to dial his number.

I’m sorry you felt the need to have to film this - people are so full of vinegar about other people’s business and lives. My dad was a hoarder and clearing out his house after he died was one of the most time consuming and emotionally draining things I’ve ever done. Watching your videos is a joy, the journey is what life is about

I’m glad that I get to watch you restore your dads mustang and I’m sorry to hear about people being ignorant but I hope you stay on here and you get that car restored.
My grandfather is teaching me about cars and stuff and helping me restore my '66 mustang i bought some months ago. I was getting very discouraged when stuff didn't go right and ended up procrastinating for a while. Thanks to you and your videos and enthusiasm, i have more motivation to continue! Everyone has their own life. Every word you said has meaning and we understand. My Dad passed away 10 years ago and I value things he taught me everyday. Lost my dad 18 years ago. Not a day has passed that I wish I could just call him up and talk with him. I’ve lost count of all the times I had a question about something and thought to my self “I’ll just call dad”, only to quickly realize he has been gone for a long time now.
Don’t worry about the haters. They always have negative things to say. They will never be anything other than negative. Just keep doing you and get that car running and driving
Sorry you lost your dad, I lost mine a few years ago. You never get over it but over time you think more about the memories and less of the fact they are gone .

I caught your first video right after it came out. Doing great, keep it up. Lost my Dad who was a WW II Vet 21 years ago, he left me a truck, I drove it for 20 years remembering him and now just gave it to my son.

Sorry for your loss man, I can relate big time I'm 29 and I lost my dad to heart failure back in 2011 he was only 56, he was also big into collecting fords and raised to love old broncos and mustangs I used to love cruising with him around knoxville on the weekends in the stang... So sorry about your father...very relatable to myself and my dads passing.......its a sad story...but looks like its starting out to be a happy story about bringing the old Ford back to life and get a sense of how your dad felt about cars and what they meant to him...keep on making content...I wish I would have done this last year when I started rebuilding my 67 bronco...

I'm 60 now myself.Really enjoy watching your progress on the Ford Mustang and Grandpas Ford Truck. You are doing the right thing documenting the vehicles. As you know pay no attention to all the negative post. Some people are not happy unless they are into someone else's business all the time. What a miserable life they must lead 😭.

This has got to be the biggest coincidense ever to happen to me. In february of this year, my dad also passed away unexpectedly due to a heart attack at 53. I jumped out of my seat when i heard it. He was the best dad ever. I never doubted you due to similar stuff happening to me. My dad was a huge car nut, but due to him not having alot of money at the time of passing i lost my car which was registered to him. It was a saab 9-5 Turbo Aero Wagon that we were gonna fix up together for my first car when i get my license (im 17, we get licenses at 18 here in europe)

I miss my Dad, he died on 2004. He was the opposite of me towards cars. He ran them into the ground! I'm a Ford guy too. I have three of them; 1989 F150 Super Cab w/the 5.0, 1992 Thunderbird Sport 5.0, and a 1971 Mustang 302, Hardtop. From the first video, it didn't seem like you lived there. It was somebody elses place. My Dad had mental health issues also, but he kept a roof over our heads and off the streets. Great repair content on the F150. Advice on the Mustang. Prior to welding in repair panels, have the unibody frame checked for twists and bends at a Body Shop that has the frame table repair machine. I forget what the trade name is. So yeah that will help with the restoration. I would find a steel plate or something else to make a flat and even "floor" for the Mustang to be on while you weld in new panels. You are a good guy and your explanations while not required made everything crystal clear. If you need any assistance shoot me an email at kinnearclifford@beyondbb.com

My dad died of cancer 5 years ago. I really miss my dad. I loved my dad too. My dad had a problem buying horses he had about 29 of them. My dad liked fords too he always bought a Ford. I am a big ford fan too that is why I am here for the 69 ford mustang. I used to have a 67 mustang but now days I only have a ford ranger edge 2005 model.

Thanks for sharing the story of your dad, the car, and yall's relationship. I am lucky my dad is still here. We get together every Friday for lunch. I make that lunch date a priority and even my boss knows not to schedule me for anything at that time. It is something I know I will remember when he does pass. So keep it up. Keep making memories. You are doing great.

Stick with what you are doing - the path of discovery you are on with the mustang is absolutely awesome! reminds me of working on a 67 mustang in high school back in the 80's with a buddy.
the knowledge of computers and electronics will help you down the road. I cannot wait until you take that Mach 1 for a first ride! would love to see you get the mustang to drive around before you tear it apart but that is your choice.
