    Always enjoy your videos however I have problems with my knees and exercises that require kneeling are nigh on impossible. Are there alternative exercises that can be done that activate and work the areas of the body that the kneeling exercises target? Thank you.

      You could try to put thick cushioning under your knees (thick pillow/towel folded up). If this is still uncomfortable you can place both hands on the seat of a chair (folding at the hip keeping a straight spine) ☺️ Let me know if this helps! ♥️
