Just a note: Speed doesn't increase beyond its lvl 1 value. You'll also see this if you check ingame. The Kiranico lists have also been updated to reflect this. This makes Kirin at 13 speed very fast.

@@RageGamingVideos The stat sheet is wrong for Nergi and Bloodbath. I have a Nergi that has 642 base non-ele atk. Bloodbath only goes up to 639 max (6 copies all 639). Hopefully you can pin a comment to make it known to everyone.

For me I will have Velkhana, and Glavenus till hellblade gets here, for the rest of my team I’ll have some monsties are good for traversing the land like Palamutes
For me that's a yes and no, because a lot of my favorite mounties have been and I'm almost certain will be power type, Duramboros, Royal ludroth, in certain Gammoth will be, so that's going to get in the way a little bit.
Fun fact: u can put velkhana ice armor on her when u use gammoths snow armor. Also u can grow nergis Spikes, get bloodbaths and grimclaws vanes to glow when u use develjos bulk up move Edit: i mean in battle

This is me but with each tigrex two being speed but one of them is just a trap. I have built tigrex to be a machine compared to the others and it makes me sad that tigrex can easily beat grimclaw with the dummbest gene spread
Teostra has been my favorite monster for years so I was very happy to get one. That being said, if I did do PVP, I'd probably want to use a Nerscylla or a Ludroth because I like them and everyone is going to be using the meta.
If you really wanna make Bloodbath a freak of nature, give him calamity slash. I speak from experience, the health regen is really comfy and then you got the juicy damage. Not to mention he flies when he does it which just looks scary af. O_o
Really like the kinship attacks of the elder dragons like Nergigante or teostra, I could see Alatreon doing a escaton judgment plus safijiva doing it's nova as it's ultimate if both of them were in the game

Those two definitely need more representation. The only problem with Gore is that his entire gimmick is tied to a status effect that only he has, so its probably too much effort to program in. Although, Stories 1 had the PERFECT plot excuse to put Gore in, but noooooo…. ‘Black Blight’ instead of ‘Frenzy Virus.’ Like, did anyone care about the new monster? I can’t even remember it’s name without going to a wiki article. Plus, the Wings or Ruin kind of resemble that Valstrax jet-engine effect, so Val might’ve also been more appropriate than making *another* Rathalos variant. Such missed opportunities…
I am definitely going to keep my Great Jaggi in the party but oh my, I do have a soft spot for no ice armor Velkhana... anyhow! Glad to know that basically all monsters are viable! Thanks for the video!
Judging from Kiranico's lists, there's only a difference of around 20% statwise between the weakest monsters and the strongest ones, so gene set-ups are by far still the more important factor in determining how good a monster is.
Said list also has a lot of things wrong, like the speed stat got mixed up with the recovery stat making people think rajang is one of the slowest monsters in the game when in reality he outspeeds almost the entire roster.
That said it was still funny in pvp people bringing out nergigante against my rajang thinking they outsped it only to have my rajang move first and one-shot their nerg thus winning me the match.
I'm glad to hear nergi is that good compared to everyone else, I've been powering through the elders lair with a nergigante named Nemesis, and I've been throwing in different resistance genes as needed until I can get a Self-Heal XL Gene to lock that slot in
Before post game there's always barrel cat farming but post game a lot of us use the special elders lair rooms. I use the first room and hunt bulldromes with training charm active
I'm referring to the second set after fatalis, the normal lair gives decent xp but barrel cats worked great for me to get my team to 50 then I just pushed the whole elders lair and use the special for leveling new monsties
Don't be fooled, Kiranico messed up the stats, Kushala and Velkhana are virtually the same, Velkhana has slightly better offensives, Kushala has slightly better defenses.
I am very happy that I got a Teostra after a few hours of refreshing Terga, along with a Velkhana. Before I do finalize my team, I gotta collect them all (at least before the title updates come running through)

No no. Play at your own pace. I've rushed myself to endgame. Got all my monsties. Now I'm just drained from min maxing genes. Not much to do after you've ran through everything.
Yea play the game at your own pace and have fun with all the stuff you can do. I haven't finished the story yet and god knows how many hours I have put into it, doing quests, farming genes(yea I know they will be obsolete after story but my monstie's will have a leg up against high rank), and doing online mostly for farming tickets lol.

Info for rite of channeling. If you have two monsties with the same skill and you do the rite of channeling you can channel one of the same skill into another and it will upgrade it. You can upgrade them a few times.
Silver Rathalos or hellblada G are better for PVE because they can target a specific monster part, and their stats are basically super close to teostra Silver Rathalos is my all favorite
I have a Seregios named Serenity that is a fairly useful Monstie, both in PvP and PvE. It has Thousand Blades and Shredding Scales for bleed, Savage Roar for that chance to down, Venom Queen for poison, and Merciless Roar for some added offensive oomph. Fairly bulky and very offensive, Serenity can easily pressure her opponents.
My squad is Thunderlord, Bloodbath and Stygian. Unfortunately I don't really want to replace Stygian with Velkhana as Stygian is literally my number 1 favourite monster

I had a healing great jaggi throughout the entire playthrough that full on carried me through tons of the boss fights all cause I gave him the first rite of channeling ability lol
use two of the same elder dragons online they get a special kinship attack~ Velkana's one is so nice~ (Only works if both people are using the same elder dragon)
Actually it might be more monsters, I did a double with astalos with someone and it had a REALLY awesome double kinship of nuking the kirin we were fighting
All I know is that once I get this game, my lightning and dragon monsties will just be Stygian zinogre and Thunderlord, just for the sinple fact (besides the fact that i love the zinogres) is that the new kinship attack is badass as hell.

I still run around with my Pukei-Pukei from the demo because he somehow still keeps up stats and damage wise with something like my jacked up Zinogre. Also not getting poisoned to him is strait up impossible

They could’ve made a unique model for monstie bloodbath, where it has both horns intact but has the same skills, I mean the monsters that are deviants evolved in the spot, proving that this would be their biggest evolution because other deviants of the same monster the coke that one, as how hellblade always has blast, it is how the Glavenus will finally evolve, so that if they do reproduce, they will pass on their abilities and looks to their next generation
Just saying that list is to 90% false. Best example says nergi is best speed and would outspeed kirin... wrong kirin is fastest monsti cause it has 13 speed wich is prior compared to nergi hes 11 so he will always be the last monsti that attacks when it comes to hunter and kirin compared to nergi.
Well, by the standards of using any Monstie I want, I could just find some way to mod the game so that Fatalis can be a Monstie. There's your most powerful Monstie.
@@rickahan7352 the way i understand it,being versatile with all 3 colors and being unpredictable is really valuable in PVP,and paralysis is also devastating in it too so it gives Nergi 2 bonuses,with poison being an added smaller bonus since it can stack with paralysis and it all comes in 1 move And can be very handy for Salt in the Wound teams since Nergi is already a really strong monstie and Salt giving the team an additional boost Plus the move itself being physical helping out for bingo

Info for rite of channeling. If you have two monsties with the same skill and you do the rite of channeling you can channel one of the same skill into another and it will upgrade it. You can upgrade them a few times.
Silver Rathalos or hellblada G are better for PVE because they can target a specific monster part, and their stats are basically super close to teostra

I have a Seregios named Serenity that is a fairly useful Monstie, both in PvP and PvE. It has Thousand Blades and Shredding Scales for bleed, Savage Roar for that chance to down, Venom Queen for poison, and Merciless Roar for some added offensive oomph. Fairly bulky and very offensive, Serenity can easily pressure her opponents.
My squad is Thunderlord, Bloodbath and Stygian. Unfortunately I don't really want to replace Stygian with Velkhana as Stygian is literally my number 1 favourite monster

Edit: Skillseal does not only effects unattibuted Attacks, but generally ALL Skills outside your Triangel of Power, Speed and Technical

You should make a subscriber or Patreon top fun/funny monstie builds series so we could see all the fun and stupid things people make. I had a healing great jaggi throughout the entire playthrough that full on carried me through tons of the boss fights all cause I gave him the first rite of channeling ability lol
What I think, is the Mizutsune is the cutest Fox ever and glad it's near the top of the, so called, 'tier list', so was worth getting and using.
use two of the same elder dragons online they get a special kinship attack~ Velkana's one is so nice~ (Only works if both people are using the same elder dragon)
Actually it might be more monsters, I did a double with astalos with someone and it had a REALLY awesome double kinship of nuking the kirin we were fighting

My bloodbath has calamity clash, savage roar and venom strike with alot of non elemental bingos.

You could give another monster salt in the wound XL or bloodbath himself to combo with venom strike if you haven't already to add on the pain.

Honestly, the great part of this game is that almost any monster can work in an online battle team thanks to how customizable they are.
All I know is that once I get this game, my lightning and dragon monsties will just be Stygian zinogre and Thunderlord, just for the sinple fact (besides the fact that i love the zinogres) is that the new kinship attack is badass as hell.
You don’t really get them till end/post game though, so that’s gonna be a while.

I still run around with my Pukei-Pukei from the demo because he somehow still keeps up stats and damage wise with something like my jacked up Zinogre.
Also not getting poisoned to him is strait up impossible

They could’ve made a unique model for monstie bloodbath, where it has both horns intact but has the same skills, I mean the monsters that are deviants evolved in the spot, proving that this would be their biggest evolution because other deviants of the same monster the coke that one, as how hellblade always has blast, it is how the Glavenus will finally evolve, so that if they do reproduce, they will pass on their abilities and looks to their next generation
It is also possible that the broken horn is also now a genetic trait since, the horn did grow that way after it changed

Just saying that list is to 90% false. Best example says nergi is best speed and would outspeed kirin... wrong kirin is fastest monsti cause it has 13 speed wich is prior compared to nergi hes 11 so he will always be the last monsti that attacks when it comes to hunter and kirin compared to nergi.

In my opinion of the best is of the monsters its between velkhana and nergigante I made mine so powerful very early in the game I from then never lost
while the meta is still being formed, people are considering Arachnaphobia Nergigante

@@rickahan7352 the way i understand it,being versatile with all 3 colors and being unpredictable is really valuable in PVP,and paralysis is also devastating in it too so it gives Nergi 2 bonuses,with poison being an added smaller bonus since it can stack with paralysis and it all comes in 1 move
And can be very handy for Salt in the Wound teams since Nergi is already a really strong monstie and Salt giving the team an additional boost
Plus the move itself being physical helping out for bingo
And just today I got velkhana and it is overpowered like my nergigante and now I'm after kirin
