I’m not a Christian. Nor am I republican (or democrat either- I vote libertarian). I am in TOTAL agreement with the pastor. I don’t understand how protecting our children has anything to do with marginalized groups or inclusion or anything like that. This is an abomination, and the school board should be absolutely ashamed of themselves for allowing this kind of trash into the hands of our children in the first place. We are screwed for future generations.😡

We are called to love everyone whether we agree with them or not. Saying I don’t like gays isn’t Christian. We disagree with the sin - but we also have sin. Jesus calls us to humility and compassion - self awareness and admittance to our personal need for a saviour. Everybody is broken !!!
Has anyone even looked at the book in question??? And someone has to teach these children about sex and it's ok to have feelings And honestly with all of the premarital babies being born someone needs to teach birth control because it is clear abstinence is not working!!!
I didn't see any hard core porn If that's the case then we need to remove some of the nude statues (used in the book also) from public I did see these statues showing in this particular book
