Why should Ziggy produce a movie that celebrates his father’s infidelities. The story is the life of his father and mother, and not the women that had his children. Why celebrate Gong’s mother and not the other children’s mother’s? Bob Marley was a married man. Don’t compare Breakshear to Rita? I loved the movie. Well done. I agree with Ziggy’s and the Marley family with the casting. It was very spiritual and emotional and I don’t think a Jamaican would be able to hold the character like Kingsley did; meaning the emotional connection Jamaicans have with Bob would tear them apart. BOB MARRIED RITA FOR TRAVEL PAPERS FEBRUARY 10 1966. THE NEXT DAY MY MASTER BOB FLEW TO DELAWARE TO VISIT HIS MOTHER CEDELLA. AND BOB GAVE MANY INTERVIEWS WHERE HE SAID HE DENOUNCED WESTERN MARRIAGE. AND BOB DIVORCED RITA AND LEFT HER FOR CINDY😂😂😂. RITA WAS A NIGHTMARE TO BOB. AND THERE IS SO MUCH MORE. LIKE RITA WRITING IN HER BOOK "NO WOMAN NO CRY" THAT BOB ABANDONED HER AND THE KIDS FOR MONTHS AND NEVER SENT THEM A DIME. THAT'S AFTER THEY SHOT AFTER HIM. BOB FOUND OUT SOME THINGS ABOUT RITA THAT WOULD MAKE YOU CRINGE. RITA IS CIA FROM CUBA AND STEPHEN LOOKS JUST LIKE HIS DAD MORTIMMO PLANNO AND CEDELLA BOTCHED HER FACE AND UNDERWENT FACIAL RECONSTRUCTIVE SURGERY AND BLEACHED HER SKIN AND SO DID ZIGGY, KYMANI, STEPHEN, SELAH, ROHAN, JO MERSA, JULIAN AND SKIP AND ROBBIE AND YG AND MANY MORE. THEY ARE NOT MARLEYS😂😂. THEY ARE NARLEYS DAMIAN IS BOB' SON. THE REST ARE COUNTERFEITS AND HE TELLS YOU AS MUCH IN HIS SONG "HERE WE GO". HE IS THE ORIGINAL GONG. UNU LOST 😂😂😂

It was beautiful, it was authentic, it was genuine, it was supportive, and it was REAL. i know Bob is happy with Ziggy, his first born and he's smiling at Rita❤, his lifelong wife😍

Its so much about Bob. This should be a series movie
Watched it today, singing through it also, rita is a powerful queen visionary spiritual queen also, without rita Bob wouldn't be a bob
This is an absolute lie and is an angle Rita and Ziggy are trying to tell you to make Rita look important. She was busy getting pregnant for another man while Bob was away creating his masterpieces. You all are gullible. She also didn't bring him to Rastafarianism. These are all lies for 'creative licence'.
Bob would be Bob without Rita. End of Story.
Cindy can write a book and tell her story with Bob and make her own movie telling her story with Bob.
She can’t used the Marley name without approval
Yep. She should.
Her and all the rest of the concubines, it won't change the fact that he DIDNOT LEAVE SIS. RITA FOR NOT ONE OF THEM!!! WRITE A BOOK ABOUT THAT, OH MY BAG, THEY JUST DID A MOVIE ABOUT THAT!!!

I watched the movie ❤love it enjoyed it.. all the noise should stop ✋️ this abt Rita Bob humble beginnings, if Cindy or whomever has a problem? Then go write your own movie see how that goes. Cause its not easy.. Thank you Ziggy! 1luv
Saw the movie three times already and loved it! It was very deep and emotional! Loved seeing Bob in that light 🫶🏾✨❤️
2 for me.
I loved the movie, I was born in the UK, my parents are buried in Linstead, from bog walk near flat bridge, Jamaica 🇯🇲 my husband is also from there. We loved it, we are big fans? It’s difficult to understand how any Marley fan would have anything negative to say about the movie 🎉
from africa to jamaica to the uk. You look like a Nigerian Queen.
@@PHlophe thank you 🙏🏾
GREAT MOVIE. AMAZING I LOVE IT AND LOVE BOB MARLEY SONGS❤❤
R.I.P. Bob Marley 🙏🏿
Thanks!!! You Ziggy you did well, I Love the movie. I watched it 3 time within 2 week. Well done my brother. 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
Nuff respect to the Marley family, bun fire pon a weak hearth FIRE!!! 🙏🏾🇰🇳🌴
Very good response, family first, negative criticism will always come, that will only make you bigger, very good Ziggy, keep holding up dad's name
THEY ARE NARLEYS
DAMIAN IS BOB' SON.
THE REST ARE COUNTERFEITS AND HE TELLS YOU AS MUCH IN HIS SONG "HERE WE GO".
HE IS THE ORIGINAL GONG.
UNU LOST 😂😂😂
I would like to see a movie just about "Bob Marley & the Wailers" 💯🎶🇯🇲
Amazing film. So much saw I saw it twice. Very emotional both times. Mum & Dad saw early Bob & Wailers in Jamaica and I was born only in 1976 but Mum had the records on while I was a child. My first vinyl was Exodus, a gift from Mum & Dad when I was 5.
You have some good parents, i am from '77. Marley fan all my life... Honestly i was crying during the movie. So beautiful
I was born June of 1981, a month after Nesta transitioned. I was raised on his music while growing up in Guyana, and my children are raised on his music here in America. I even name my son One as his middle name, One love, One people, One race, One God❤
Blessings
This movie was amazing. Wish they shouted out my great Uncle Neville Willoughby. His interview with him was wonderful. ❤
Your pops smiling ear to ear. Thank you Bob
Watched it twice. Great movie. It really conveyed the vibes of those times.
I love Ziggy❤. I Respect him for the movie. The actor he selected playing Bob was spectacular. The actress who played Bob's wife Rita was stunningly beautiful and stylish. I loved their love story. Ziggy is his Daddy. What a splitting image and personality. I love his personality as he's so much like his Dad. Beautiful ❤. Rita the beautiful strong black woman, his wife. She deserves all the world's respect. Loved the movie. Wish the movie didnt end like that tho, abruptly 😅 we wanted more of Bob and Rita❤. It was beautiful, it was authentic, it was genuine, it was supportive, and it was REAL. i know Bob is happy with Ziggy, his first born and he's smiling at Rita❤, his lifelong wife😍
Cindy was also in the movie ......she is the one wearing the Ms World sash.
Right, She was in the competition and then she may have been the young lady standing in the background waiting for Bob when he was in the phone booth on the street talking to Rita, but nit certain.
I agree with you Ziggy, there is nobody in the world who can be Bob Marley. Bob was such a unique spontaneous and charismatic man.
I just came from watching the movie it was so powerful and I glad I went to see it myself….
The movie was fantastic! I would definitely see it again.
Big up to the Marley family am a jamaican living in trinidad I went on watch the movie I love it. it was amazing ❤❤❤
Anyone who sat through the credits and took the time to read them, would have noticed that several of the family members were involved in the making of the movie.

@.00:24:50:
WE HAVE PROVED R CASE.
THEY ONLY MARRIED FOR TRAVEL DOCS.
THE WENCH ADMITS IT.
THEY WERE NOT TOGETHER AND FATHER BOB SAID SO HIMSELF; I'M JUST REINFORCING MY ARGUMENT.
PERIOD.
OK?!:
YET SHE STILL CARRIES THE MARLEY NAME?
THAT INCLUDES HER KIDS, AND ALL THEM OTHER KIDS, THAT NEVER TOOK A DNA TEST BUT ARE CONSIDERED MARLEYS BECAUSE SHE ACKOWLEDGES THEM AS SUCH?
WHAT MORE PROOF DO YOU NEED 🌎?
THIS IS A CONSPIRACY OF BIBLICAL PROPORTIONS...
THEY'RE GOWEEEEN DEEEYOOON!!!
IT'S ONLY A MATTER OF ⏲️...
UNU A SELL JAMAICA.
AND ZIGGY NEEDS TO TAKE A DNA TEST
We want a series...start to finish
I loved the movie and it was well done Oscar worthy. It’s a great celebration of your Father
I loved the movie I knew it was a real spiritual connection just watching I knew someone in the family was apart of the writing real big up ten star

Junor Gong was in the movie...he is the young one Rita held in her arms ...he is the one sleeping in her arms....when Bob and the kids were outside sitting down.

No worry bout what people say. With greatness comes controversy.
Really Good Movie .. One Love
Oh my God …… for crying out Laud we also love Bob in Africa 😢
People complain too much. Big up the Marleys

Netherlands too..
R.I.P.BOB MARLEY ❤
Good interview. Awesome movie as i saw it 2x. This movie is an adaptation of the play in which my brother played Neville Garrick.
Kingsley did an Amazing Job Bob Marley would be proud.🙌🏾🙌🏾💛💚🖤
Cindy not the only baby mother
Great movie ❤the history
The more people talk, the bigger the movie gets keep talking😂😂😂😂 Can't keep a good man "Down"😂😂
Movie was great ❤
A great movie in all rounds. But from a fan who still see him as the greatest of all, I expected more aspects of his life portrayed. For instance, I can't imagine Bob without Peter and Bunny. Where were they?
In all, it was awesome. The guys who played Bob, Aston Family man, Chris Blackwell, Lee Perry and Junior had great looks alike to the originals. Everyone was so good at their portrayal. 🎉
The movie is 🔥 🔥 love it...
I’m obsessed with bob marley
Disgusting how media been interrogating marleys kids and their relationship w each other! Kids had it ruff enuf
It is disgusting how some of the media loves to create drama!
Ruff?? The Marley boys grew up with golden spoons in their mouths ..what ruff? Bob came from the gutter
Every family have problems no one's perfect we speak we fall out that's the way life goes it's not negative it's just the way things go sometimes being Rastafari don't mean you like and get on with everyone not everyone is for you that's what we have to work out 🤷🏾
People please be patient. One Love part 2 is coming soon!❤😊
I am thinking the same. The way the Movie ended is a great set up for a part 2.
I doubt that very much…
No. They even added at the end that Bob passed of cancer. If you want to know more, and it’s better than this movie, watch Kevin MacDonald’s “Marley” doc. Don’t trust Hollywood with this iconic man do easily. Bob doesn’t need to be reduced down to a bunch of movies.
@@jflack6but we are all born knowing Bob was dead. so it ain't like we find out about it this week.
we need a prequel TV series . that takes us to young Bob and a separate saucy spin off Cinnie and Bob . Love and the limelight . All the side pieces need to be portrayed
