    The arquitects i worked with (small town) quote about 4% to 8% of the total cost. 100 k means about 6k. Plus burocratic costs. If its a small renovation can be much less.
    Of course it can go much higher...

    Hi Ana, would you know how to obtain a habitation license when our building process started 6 years ago, but we only finished all the work now. our original builder, engineer and architect is not in charge any more. how should we proceed? thank you for your help.
