I’ve got a suggestion for a RadioDJ tutorial.
It’s a multi part kind of lifecycle.
Create a playlist (not a rotation) with a few tracks.
Create an Event to load and execute that Playlist.

Hey Larry as you can see that took about 4 videos!!! But it just shows how flexible this software is.

Would be good if this logged the user in as the onair playlist; and then you can remote in and change the list... this software don't offer that feature.

If a DJ had a show on certain days its easy to load a playlist at that time for that DJ. I can log into my system at anytime to make changes.

could please tell me how to disable this user management. I'm a one man operation and don't need this feature

In the video it shows it. Go to Options (wrench bottom right) then goto User Management then click Disable User Management

Couple of questions for you Roderick. It appears that they are building a Pro version of RadioDJ. This was evident in a video I recently stumbled across made a few months ago. One of the guys works close to Marius (I think he said he does the feature requests) said it is in the works. Here is the video I am referring to. th-cam.com/video/fa-1EeymAjo/w-d-xo.html
Do you think that RadioDJ as we know it (a free and powerful platform) will get stripped of it's options for the pro version and that we'd now have to pay for options once included? Would they just let RDJ just fall into abandonedware for the pro? Would RDJ become a fork lead by the community (but slip into crapware)?
Free software that has a pro version usually falls into one of these types of categories. Honestly there really isn't another platform (as high quality and free) as RDJ. Yeah there is a web based platform Azuracast, but that's no where near the level of RDJ (in my opinion).
Second question relates to the first. Being this concentration on a pro version, do you think that's why the last "stable" version of RDJ is 2006? I use 2020 myself, but the voicetrack feature is broken in that one. 2031 has a few big changes (and VT was fixed in 2030), but I'm not sure I want to move to that one yet. Seems that too many beta's are being created but not stable updated versions.

Im not sure what he's up to with pro version but I look forward to it's release.
