I've experienced all of these symptoms! Tired , sick to my stomach, anxiety, depression, angry, creeped out,being studied and mimicked. Believe my father is a narcissist or psychopath!
Where do you draw the line between narcisism and psychopathy. I know someone narsicistic but also pupeteeringly smart in comparison to codependent narcisist who after all needs people whilst looking down on them. This person seems deeply could and unbothered. Confident in a raw manner. Hides the other self as no one can see what goes on in their lives. Indulgent and kind of a rules don't aply on them but the other person. Childlike need for attention but very cold in return. People seem to be just things in their lives. Goal and career oriented. The list goes on.
Hey, there's a channel called Borderline Notes which has an interview with Dr. Frank Yeoman. In short, he thinks it the difference between a malignant narc and a psychopath is if they have anyone they love. Although the narcs love is based on keeping up with their ego Iike never question them and support their distortions, they can have that love. Even if it's enmeshed and coerced. Anti socials really don't or can't love anyone. For example, a gangster may be a horrible person but they could have a tremendous affection for their grandmother. But said grandmother has always seen them in a holy and perfect light which lets the gangster feel safe.
@@Pukeyray Thank you. I don't think this person really loves anyone, more like they're there to fill their needs. Charming and sexual but people near tend to drop in metal condition. They can't explain what hit them. Worse yet this person manipulates the break up situations so that they supposedly stay friends. Moves on quickly and does not seem to be bothered. Narcs do this too but this person does not seem to be bothered by having no one - quite independent in a way. But they do chase or more like prey on people and intervenes in on going relationships when they see suited (not high in moral). In fact enjoys such things like conquering someone. It is a victory. They need to get what they want. But it is the mind control that they have that sometimes makes me think if they have psychopathy because this person manages to maintain control and coolness unlike a narc and often succeeds in whatever is their goal. People can't often explan what is that they went through, others just suddenly withdraw as far as they can.
Psychopath = Psyche (Soul/Mind) + path
There are good and bat at every "race", yet I would be worried about narcs (Narcissists)
