I think it's interesting how the virus' slow attack rate and low damage (needing two hits for one conscript; taking a lot of time to kill one) is a weakness that is lost upon upscaling the quantity on both sides.

I did not expect the conscripts to win at all after the sniper rounds...and well...they only did in a 1 vs. 6 scenario, possibly made to make sure there won't be a video where they don't win at least once?

No, it's the showcase that 167 vs 1000 (which is 1v6 scaled up) Virus is stronger, but if it's just a flat 1v6 conscripts win. That's because of how Viruses scale against groups, the wall of plague is damaging the conscripts enough to make the veterans a one-hit, and enough to start killing others on its own.
