Cassia and Cinnamon both are different. Cinnamon is grown in Srilanka and north hill terrain of north kerala. Cassia barks looks similar but its not good for health. Mostly the ready made garam masalas use cassia though govt have warned about cassia. Premium garam masala only uses cinamon as its costly.

Kerala have the potential to become number one but the present rulers destroying the state. Kerala is surviving only because of its NRI population. No governments can take credit if Kerala is better than other state. As a keralite i do not think Kerala is number one in India. The prices of essential commodities including petrol Kerala is number one. Only in health sector Kerala is ahead of other indian States.😢
