The provision of NOTA does not serve its purpose completely as of now.
It just showcases a voice of dissent against all the political parties but eventually the party with the second highest majority wins the election.
The matter has been taken to the supreme court for discussion on amendments required regarding re election if such scenario persists where NOTA receives highest percentage of votes.
Hopefully this matter will be discussed after the elections are over and a new government is formed which focuses on matters such as health, education, income etc rather than passing absurd statements on minorities to woo voters belonging to a particular religion or caste.
You guys can follow some authentic new channels such as The wire, news laundry and some youtube channels such as Dhruv rathee, The deshbhakt to get a clear perception of the ongoing practices in Indian politics.
But don't discuss it on your channel as a lot of your ill informed subscribers will troll you guys for showcasing voice of dissent against a person who is considered a demi god by lot of people 😂

one thing I want to say if voter dont agree with any candidate to cast their vote then they should do NOTA if any single time it happens that nota will majority which has not happened yet then for next time the rule will be changed for sure and those particular constituency candidates will replaced for that particular election not for whole life. The real question was if NOTA wins and the whole election is invalidated then there will also be a impact on the candidate who is new , not very wealthy to spend on his campaign and may be not that popular common man. Independent candidates spend a fortune on the elections. If it happens what you guys are saying - elections will become unaffordable for a common man
