Hello sir. I have a UTL 1KV 24V. I did over paneling 4 * 450, I have connected in parallel am seeing only 10 amp current and charging battery at 4 amp. It doest charge battery and max I see 25.5, but when battery is charged in mains it charges the battery till 27.5 and stops. I have connected 2 battery in series. I am using 6 sqmm polycab solar calv3 and using 20 meter cable. Should the SPV not show 24 amps considering if each panels draws 6 amps.. kindly suggest. Am using 2 Exide 150Ah C10 battery. Each day it generates 2 units.

Bro, i have a doubt. I have 75w panel while testing in multimeter its shows 20v x 3.4A (short circuit current). But while connected with UTL GAMMA PLUS it's shows 14V x 2.8 Ampere current. Whats actually happening here?
Try again with better sun angles. Some variation between advertised & real values is present as explained in solar QNA ep 18. Its also possible it has a bad diodes.

@@ZenInnovations Hello sir, I have seen almost all of your UTL Gamma+ videos and go for the same setup, I have installed three UTL 400W mono panels (total 1200W) and 12V UTL Gamma Plus inverter . My panels are around 33 meters away from inverter and are connected with Polycab 4mm dc cable and tilt at an angle of 30-31 degrees Chandigarh , peak generation till date ( may-June 2022) is 30V X 21A = 610W , but you have mentioned your peak generation is around 900W, So should I upgrade dc wire to get full potential of solar panels or are there some other factors which you would suggest . Also I have one other question , the 12V gamma Plus has 40A charge controller so how does it supports 1000W panels as 40A X 12V = 480W is the maximum solar output which we can get from it.
