This depends if you have PCU or MPPT charge controller. PCU can run load directly from Solar. Whereas in charge controller, all energy goes through MPPT circuit.

Any reason why the load is not going past 219 or 220. Also I have kept my 350w panels on my balcony, the open circuit voltage is showing 37.8, but the Amp is showing around 1.23 this was around 1 pm, should this not show around 7 Amp and should this be kept under direct sunlight. All 3 panel am seeing not more than 1 Amp. Your advise pls sir.
Many reasons are possible. Disconnect all the panels and run a short circuit test one by one using a good meter. Use top to bottom method as explained in one my my QNA.

Turn off the complete inverter in this sequence Mains>Load>Solar>Battery. Let the machine rest for 20 Mins. Check with service center of problem is not solved.
सर मैं 100w के 4 पैनल पैरेलल में जोड़कर 12 वोल्ट में करीब 18- 20 Amp प्राप्त करता हूँ,, फिर मैंने इनकी दो दो की सीरीज बनाकर 24 वोल्ट को स्मार्टन mppt में जोड़ा तो उसमें भी मुझे इनपुट amp 9- 10 के आसपास व आउटपुट Amp वही 18 से 20 तक ही मिल रहे हैं,, फिर बहुत से यूटूबर बताते हैं कि mppt 30% एक्सट्रा पॉवर देता है,, ये मुझे तो अभी तक नही दिखा,,, पैरेलल में pwm, mppt दोनों में वही 18- से 20 ही दे रहा है,,, दो दो की सीरीज में जोड़कर 24 वोल्ट करने पर भी वही 18- से 20 amp ही दे रहा है। जबकि mppt एकदम सही तरीके से काम कर रहा है,, वायर लॉस भी बिल्कुल नही है। कृपया विस्तृत रूप से समाधान करने का कष्ट करावें।

Let the machine rest for 20 Mins. Check with service center of problem is not solved.

सर मैं 100w के 4 पैनल पैरेलल में जोड़कर 12 वोल्ट में करीब 18- 20 Amp प्राप्त करता हूँ,, फिर मैंने इनकी दो दो की सीरीज बनाकर 24 वोल्ट को स्मार्टन mppt में जोड़ा तो उसमें भी मुझे इनपुट amp 9- 10 के आसपास व आउटपुट Amp वही 18 से 20 तक ही मिल रहे हैं,,
फिर बहुत से यूटूबर बताते हैं कि mppt 30% एक्सट्रा पॉवर देता है,, ये मुझे तो अभी तक नही दिखा,,,
पैरेलल में pwm, mppt दोनों में वही 18- से 20 ही दे रहा है,,, दो दो की सीरीज में जोड़कर 24 वोल्ट करने पर भी वही 18- से 20 amp ही दे रहा है। जबकि mppt एकदम सही तरीके से काम कर रहा है,, वायर लॉस भी बिल्कुल नही है। कृपया विस्तृत रूप से समाधान करने का कष्ट करावें।
