I made one exactly same as yours but im still confused at the power supply section is it 12v single supply or +12v -0- -12v.... Please explain that... And mine is producing some weird noise when i power it with and 12v adapter... So what will be the solution please replay. ..
This circuit works with dual supply 15-0-15 volt max.. I have used 12-0-12 volt in this video. For humming problem connect earth line to the heat sink or to the ground line of the main amplifier board.
If you use a single 12 volt supply to powerup this circuit via a full bridge rectifier, the 12 volts will be divided with 6-0-6.. so i can not ensure you about the sound quality... If you have to use a single supply, be it 24 volts instead.

Brother I did like you had shown tda2030 amplifier and it works good. And I did this circuit and did not check it. If I connect tda2030x3 amplifier board and this circuit in the same bridge power supply will it cause any problems (12 0 12 2amp)
I my knowledge that would not cause any problem.. but if you face any sound quality related issues just use a different bridge rectifier for this circuit from the same supplying transformer...

Yes... you can give supply to both of the circuits from the same rectifier. And if it causes any sound quality related issues only then use 2 different bridge rectifiers.

Ampere and volts are different.. if you provide more than 15 volts to this circuit, the ic will burn immediately. But if you provide 100 ampere under 15 volts the ic will not face any problen at all. The ic will only take what ampere it needs. In this case that is less than 0.5 ampere.

4885 ic ko Maine 12-0 me banaya tha par usme bass ka quality bohot kharab ho jata hai.. Agar single supply me banana chahte hai to minimum 20-0 use kare... Dual supply me sound quality sabse a66a ata hai..

Agar frequency control ko fixed karna chahte hai to potentiometer ki jagah resistance jor dijiye...
50 hz ke liye 30 k ka resistance or 16 hz ke liye 100 k ha resistance use kar sakte hai....

4885 ic ko Maine 12-0 me banaya tha par usme bass ka quality bohot kharab ho jata hai..
Agar single supply me banana chahte hai to minimum 20-0 use kare...
Dual supply me sound quality sabse a66a ata hai..

22K resistenc nehi hai konsa resistenc use karu
22 k ki jaga do 10k resistor ko series me ya fir do 50k resistor ko parallel me laga sakte hai..
Ya fir iss tarah se alag combination bhi use kar sakte hai parallel ya series connection me..
Maine same components use kiye aur regulator ic (7812 and 7912) use karke power supply diya.. but bahoot noise aa rahi hai. Kaise resolve karu ?
Iss ic ko power deneke liye. Dual supply lagega... 12-0-12 ya 15-0-15 volt dc..
Main Amplifier me ager dual supply ka transformer hai 15-0-15 volts se kam to aap waha se connection de sakte hai.. ya fir alag transformer use kar sakte hai..
@@TechTalkSwarup haa Maine dual supply hi use kiya alag transformer se 12-0-12 regulator ic se. But noise ja hi nahi rahi.. low frequency acchi produce kar raha hai circuit. Sirf noise nikal jaye toh kaam banjayega.
Noise ka ek main reason hota hai grounding.. circuit ke ground ko or amplifier ke ground ko earthline se connect kare.

@@TechTalkSwarup noise was due to regulator ic's. When I added 2 capacitor between out and ground of regulator ic's, the noise was disappeared. 😁👍 Superb quality output of this circuit. Thanks.
