You love to see it. Sony took so long with this remake/remaster that they lost their demand. They must have felt so smug keeping a decade-old game exclusive to their consoles. This is what happens when the consumer has no reasonable way to purchase your product. Someone else does your job instead, and you lose the money that you could have made if you had just made your product easily available in the first place.
Emulating and correcting Gran Turismo 7 to have unlimited automatic real time replay saves, additional telemetry data inclusion and proper spectating will be fantastic
also worth mentioning that a lot of the advancements done after george got the game to display in game graphics were done by community members writing hacks that disable the glitched motion blur and chromatic abberation, among some other fixes. ive seen people use reshade to mimick bloodbornes lighting as best as they can in the state its in right now and it looks so good. hell, ive even seen people play the game at 200fps. i cant wait for george to figure out the lighting and crashes. once thats done i imagine the community can do a lot with the game. i mean apart from the crashes, bloodborne is already practically playable. not saying its a great experience at this point but if you really wanted to, you could probably play through the game.
Two problems with the Steam Deck review badge being based on play time. 1) You won't see reviews from people who enjoyed the game on desktop but didn't on the Deck. Filtering reviews will show biased results, as those who disliked the experience on Deck probably won't have much play time on Deck. 2) Steam only tracks play time when you're online. Reviewers who mostly play the Steam Deck on-the-go probably won't be badged as "played on Deck" even if that was their primary device. I commute on the subway; Steam's total playtime for me in BG3 is less than half of what my save file in-game says my playtime has been. Because most of it was on the Deck, without wi-fi.
13:10 Meanwhile Epic's store and launcher hasn't CHANGED in the last 5+ years. As both a consumer and developer using UnrealEngine, the store and launcher has long been Epic's biggest weak point.
@FanTheDeck Again demonstrating that you're an absolute Chad in the Steam Deck community. 😊 I swear I've been following you since before the SD's release, but did you have a different channel name? Also, this is kinda of random, but since jsaux is your sponsor...is there anyway you could get a suggestion for a product to them? 😅 I've been looking around at USB switches so that I can use the same mouse/keyboard between my docked SD and my main PC, but I just keep thinking that if my jsaux dock was *also* a USB switch with the 1-button dongle (similar to the UGREEN USB switches), it would be absolutely perfect. And if there was a model with the slot for an SSD (and if the stand portion was made to accommodate my jsaux Modcase), I'd be in heaven. As Valve continues to work on SteamOS I'm leaning more towards using Linux as a daily driver. The ability to easily switch back and forth between the SD and my Windows PC using a dock/switch combo would be an instant buy for me. Anyhoo, just thought I'd throw it out there. Thanks!
I'll pass it along! I happen to use a KVM switch with my dock and yeah it's kinda painful to have so many cables to and fro lol (and thank you for the kind words!! Once upon a time, I was "whats on deck")
finally i will play bloodborne. the game was so slow on my old Ps4 back then, in some parts when i turned corners the areas were not loading in for like 30 sec and so on. on Pc this would be no issue
I've been able to play Wukong with little to no problems, I'm actually impressed with it. I've heard of a dlss mod I wanna try since the performance gets better with that.
It already _is_ possible. The Steam Deck is nothing more than a tiny PC with limited performance, so if it works on a regular PC, it will on the Steam Deck.
I wish I could code, and was tech savvy so I can get a steam deck and put emulators on it. 😭 I would literally pay somebody money if I had someone near me to set it up with some emulators on it. I don't even own a PC so I can follow TH-cam videos showing me how to do it. I'm stuck on freaking consoles where you have to pay top dollar for everything. I'm so sick of it.
Wukong isn’t even a souls-lite let alone a soulslike. It’s straight up just an action rpg with levels and skill points. Your stats go up when you level up regardless of what you decide to put your skill points into. Basic rpg stuff. And will is just the currency you use to get upgrades and equipment.
Wild to say Vale is chasing a trend for making another game in a genre they invented lmao. When Overwatch first came out my first impression was “oh it’s kinda like TF2”
I always wondered if we would see with the last two gens of consoles more or less being PC hardware that emulating them could be very different than emulating other platforms in the sense that the overheads could be far less because as you say, it's translating the different calls from each other, it might even be possible to outright compile the games to PC x86, reducing overheads further. On paper, these emulators could be some of the lightest around in terms how much stronger hardware is needed to emulate, but we'll have to wait and see how that pans out in real gaming on these emulators. If this does work out like many hope, the same principle would like work for the PS5 and all the as well as the Xbox consoles over the last two gens being as the hardware is far closer to what you are emulating so there are likely a lot of tricks and optimisations that can be done to reduce overheads far more than could possibly be done with other emulators that the hardware is so different. We'll have to wait and see how it all pans out and the irony is, the same could work the other way around for PC games running on consoles, or at least future consoles that have the grunt to handle them.
Honestly I think Concord would have done well with a FtP mode. At this time there are a bunch of hero shooters that have lived and died in its development time and to price it at $40 is... Not very smart.
I hope Epic Games can carve their own path as well. I don’t buy their timed exclusives so I’d like for them to do something worthwhile to stand apart from Steam and be worth also having installed.
Bloodborne doesn't have problems with code like people think it is just a stupid rumour you literally can put the code in AI fixer, and it gives you everything back . The problem was there are no studio free to work on Bd Fromsoftware refused because ER and their ongoing next project , Bluepoint busy working on new game and they will work on Bloodborne soon.
I do believe that PS4 emulation Is going to be more stable and optimal than PS3 emulation, considering how the architetture of the PS4 Is so similiar to a PC in opposition to the PS3 which was so particular for its time.
Was it not running on another emulator with minor improvements over the last few months? Maybe it was always shad? Bloodborne looks scary yet amazing. Slowly has carpet into my list
The PS4 like the 5 has an AMD CPU so in Theory getting Emulating working should take shorter time than the RPCS3 took which had a Cell Processor instead of a CPU.

I can't wait to play bloodborne on my steam deck!
Whaaaaat … we’re getting Stellar Blade on PC too?? 😵💫🤘
I've been looking around at USB switches so that I can use the same mouse/keyboard between my docked SD and my main PC, but I just keep thinking that if my jsaux dock was *also* a USB switch with the 1-button dongle (similar to the UGREEN USB switches), it would be absolutely perfect.
I happen to use a KVM switch with my dock and yeah it's kinda painful to have so many cables to and fro lol
(and thank you for the kind words!! Once upon a time, I was "whats on deck")
finally i will play bloodborne. the game was so slow on my old Ps4 back then, in some parts when i turned corners the areas were not loading in for like 30 sec and so on. on Pc this would be no issue
Jesus, that makes me consider getting a healthy used steamdeck to tide me over until mhwilds.
I've been able to play Wukong with little to no problems, I'm actually impressed with it. I've heard of a dlss mod I wanna try since the performance gets better with that.
Bloodborne on the Deck? I’ll believe it when I see it.
It already _is_ possible. The Steam Deck is nothing more than a tiny PC with limited performance, so if it works on a regular PC, it will on the Steam Deck.
It will never happen
There is no way in hell the steam deck is gonna run this at a playable level. But for pcs with good enough specs this is still very huge news.
Amazing
The Gaming Pillow is a missed mark. I challenge you to do better than a nursing pillow to support your arms
19:30 I see numb hands all time! Big no, holding hands above heart will give you "ants" and numb hands in a minute :/
Would be nice if they had a Penguin icon too for people who played on Linux. Both would indicate better deck compatibility.
20:41 this guy is asking to get sued/dmca'd, but i apreciate the creativity lol
ProtonDB is still very useful for the people for whom it was originally intended: Linux users.
Totally agree
Installed Deadlock but have not had time to play it yet. Already purchased Squirrel with a gun, can't wait to play it
I can’t wait for Gravity Rush 2 😭😭😭
Wild to say Vale is chasing a trend for making another game in a genre they invented lmao. When Overwatch first came out my first impression was “oh it’s kinda like TF2”
I didn't say Valve was chasing a trend here fwiw. I said that of Concord.
he was talking about concord buddy
Shift up bringing Stellar Blade to PC is awesome news! There's still potential to ruin it by Sony with their sign in requirement!
love ChadPS4.
So for those who don't know blood born runs flawlessly on the steam deck with the PlayStation plus app.
Balatro + Witcher + Dave +++ you must be going crazy now 😅
LOL you saw that!????? I can't wait to play. Damn day job is keeping me from my boo.
@@FanTheDeck tell me about it. This thing called work, wife, kids… I just want to be a little boy again and play all night! Shhhh don’t tell my wife 🤣
Really want to buy wukon now but should wait for sale
Bloodborne doesn't have problems with code like people think it is just a stupid rumour you literally can put the code in AI fixer, and it gives you everything back .
The problem was there are no studio free to work on Bd Fromsoftware refused because ER and their ongoing next project , Bluepoint busy working on new game and they will work on Bloodborne soon.
Let's goooooo!
Randy tsk tsk. Valve is doing something right bud. Epic needs to join the deck or get left out 😂
Out of all the good stuff in here, the craziest thing is that person only played two and a half hours to review a game. What the hell?
Hopefully this influences Sony to port Bloodborne to PC before people just pirate and emulate it
Wow, imagine that PC players have to wait 10 years to play that masterpiece 😨🙈
I just want skate 3 to work man
At this point I think Sony is allergic to Ws
Won't port Bloodborne
Tried to kill Helldiver's
Not only made, but released Concord
They just can't stop taking Ls
It's amazing that PS4 is easier to emulate than PS3
Kinda sad to find out that deadlock matchmaking is unavailable for the steam deck
Concord needs to go Free to Play and put on any console possible
EY YO LETS GO!!!
Blood borne 2 confirmed
Wukong is basically god of war. It's not really souls like
13:11 LOL
bud you need to change the background music it's just kinda weird and confusing
i know nobody complained but like. i bet no one's praising it either
That's good feedback. I'll work on it. Are there parts that are better than others?
@@FanTheDeck you're welcome. the song in the beginning is pretty cool, but the song starting 5:30 that goes on until around 11 minutes in is just confusing and uncomfortable to listen to. i think there's one song after that starting after 11 minutes and that one's just kinda meh and a non-event
@@cheater00 Ok got it. Thanks so much for going through that. I'll adjust in the future.
@@FanTheDeck hey bud yw i hope people have the most fun watching your vids
"Would you like your Bloodborne to go sir?"
Damn! Am I the only one , if I get a free game in Epic games store I like, I ended up up buying it on Steam?
9:51 im playing on a 10 year old cpu and an rx 6650 xt and i havent had any performance issue once
I disagree that fans in general are excited for borderlands 4
Okay so, I mean I emulate like everyone else. That's why I'm here. But I'm going to say in my defense, how else are we supposed to play games that are no longer supported by their consoles? Or the consoles are no longer repairable? Or we sold our console to get the newer generation console that doesn't play the older games.... Wait what? I just want to play The last Guardian!
the devil works hard, but the nerds work harder
