    Take aways and Summary
    *Exercices starts at 27:07. *
The masculine energy provides security and gives us the ability to achieve our dreams (logical/rational/being in your head, conscious/serve others)
Moreover, We all have feminine energy within us! Its not about wearing makeup, nails and having your hair done. Feminine energy is about feelings, emotions, being soft and following the heart, nurturing.
You need to know when to switch from masculin to feminine to attract the men.
Embrace both sides that you have and know when to apply it.
7 practices to do everyday Morning or Night.
    1. Come back to your body with breath work to avoid going to the survival state and gain clarity in a calm state.
    2. Check in with yourself (is there any tension in your body?) Check how you feel, what are your emotions?
3.Keep a feminine journal and write your feelings to better express to your partner what you need from him. Document your wins when you were tender, patient and vulnerable.
    4. Schedule Rest ! Daily or weekly, don't burn yourself Ever! it can save marriages!
    5. Ask for help ! It will energize the masculinity of a man! He wants to Help and have a meaningful Role. Stop saying you do not need a man, that is how you become bitter and difficult.
    6. Be a part of a sorority. Hang out with women. Because Feminine energy heals better with feminine frequency. Just choose a healthy one.
    7. Practice Self-Compassion. we are too hard on ourselves. The quicker you learn and you see Grace. The easier it will be. Talk to yourself as if you were talking to a dear friend.

My feminine tipp is to give all up to God. I Find rest in him. Matthew 11:28 "come to Me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest." It works both physically and emotionally.

I schedule a nap every day. I used to think napping made me lazy, but it is sooo important. I understand not everyone has the option to do this, but ladies if you have flexible schedules, it's a game changer!!

Listen I’ve come to understand why the world pushes grind culture….no rest. Sleep is the time where God can speak to you completely and totally uninterrupted with full control of your mind. The devil don’t want that. So covertly push toxicity with something innocent like hard-work, and twist Gods word about laziness and hard work and boom…grind culture and ppl having limited time for uninterrupted convo with God and limited time for absolute peace.

True, a woman is a man with a womb (woman), we have both masculine and feminine energy. For example, single working mothers who are raising children often need to switch between feminine and masculine energy. So, the goal is to master the skill of switching from one to the other depending on the context of which one is needed at a particular time and space. God is amazing in how he created men and women 👏👏👏, they are unique but complement each other

This would be a very helpful teaching as we women tend to forget how exactly to implement our feminine nature in a day-today environment. We all should be more conscious about that and make it our first priority. Thank you 🙏

Finding healthy, healed feminines are more difficult than women want to admit. Most are broken or very fragile in their femininity. Often leads to envy, competition, and misplaced aggression, aka most women are highly masculine and they don’t wanna admit because it’s an indicator of their brokenness

I am so glad I sat my squirrel-brain through this entire episode! Chengi, you have given words to the confusion that has plagued the larger part of my adult life as a woman trying to figure out why communicating in my relationships has been so challenging. Wheeew! How you described your upbringing resonated with me deeply: I am a first-born of 6 kids, with one brother... I was such a tomboy in my neighborhood. My Dad raised me in a similar fashion to that which you described (LOL)! And yes, he was the fiercest feminist: he trained me to be tough as nails, and always said to me I was as smart and as strong as the best of them all! Because that's just how they knew to do it back in the day to get their daughters ready for this tough world, right?! I now realize the best service I can do for myself is get some of your coaching and learn about the other way of being, to learn about my feminine side which has been like speaking Mandarin for me. Thank you for all you are doing...it's definitely God's work!! Thanks, Bishop Blakes, for facilitating this discussion. Forever grateful.🙏

Knowing when/how to switch back and forth between the masculine and feminine definitely seems tricky. I thought it was interesting to hear her say that even at work there are times where the feminine serves her better. I’m single so I’m definitely in my masculine more often. It does get tiring though. Lol… men don’t have the task of switching it up; they get to just stay in the masculine

Thinking that's normal, that i'm responsible, that i have to be strong all the time, to do better and to be better . But, thinking and operating with all of that toxic, negative and unhealthy masculine energy, i was actually hurting myself even more every day. My mother was very angry and so was my grandmother and so I learned anger early on. And men were never spoken of in a positive tone in our family. For some reasons that make sense. But I learned how to be hard, tough and not put up with mens crap. And I started to feel like a man. I did not like it. I mean I wear dresses, knit, cook and love traditional men that believe in chivalry. However, I get lost. I want to treat men to dinner at times and don't feel comfortable with a man paying - likely because I never wanted a man to think I was one of those women that used men for money. But it has backfired at times. I meet men that are happy for me to pay my way and don't even open doors. I came into your videos a year or so ago and I really appreciate you.

This was good. It’s hard to really embrace the whole feminine thing because I feel like it’s been a buzz word for being a sugar baby if that makes sense. I’m willing to try this because it doesn’t seem like my way has been working and RC has yet to steer me wrong with his wisdom.
