I'm so glad you love it. I always wanted to voice Joker and Batman.

Great job ! I don't want to be that guy, but I think you missed quite the important details of the scene.
In the last few panels, you see that Batman keeps laughing while Joker abruptly stops. It's been the subject of interpretation if the Batman (having his hands stretched around Joker's neck previously), just killed the Joker at this moment. I'm not the one with the definitive answer, but I feel like having the Joker keep on laughing miss the point of the end

I think the point of this scene is that Joker is asking Batman to euthanise him. He's giving him permission to end him. Batman is saying the only reason he hasn't killed Joker yet is out of compassion and because he believes everyone deserves a chance to redeem themselves, and the Joker is saying he doesn't think he deserves or is capable of that. He's saying, yes, you're right. You have to kill me. Don't beat yourself up about it.

Their were some theories that Joker is talking him and Batman. Batman is the first guy, taking the leap and used his resourcefulness as way to control his Madness, to use it for a way to benefit society. While Joker, The second guy, didn't take the leap, he is too scared to change, and thinks it's too late. So when Batman said he would shine the flashlight for for him, to help him, Joker doesn't believe he can jump across or better himself and that Batman would give up on him like everyone else had, and turn the light off before Joker could get to the other side.

Besides the joke being a metaphor for himself and Batman, the joke is that the flashlight bridge is an absurd suggestion to begin with yet the second guy rejects it for an equally absurd reason.
