I followed your instructions and inserted the new battery. I paid $7.88 for a dual battery pack. Did not have to go to the dealership for a key replacement. I'm back in business. Plus, it was easy peasy. Thank you for posting your video.

My key stopped working gradually. It went from opening the door sometimes to never opening it. Didn't drop it or damage it prior so I assumed it was the battery. Watched this video and changed the battery and then it started working again. 😁

Theres actually directions on the inner part (that houses the battery) to just pop it open with a coin. Worked like a charm! And to think I was actually entertaining the idea of buying a new key fob smh....the batteries are $5! Making a trip to AutoZone today!

Thank you!! It was a struggle....I was afraid I would pull something apart and wreck it, but I did not, and fixed it myself instead of going to the auto parts. I found an extra battery and did it myself!
