You can claim that their were allowed into for protection or cooperation. Word occupation came only if country that was occupied show proofs that they didn't agree with presence of foreign forces.
I really love the version from the Lost missions Clone Wars series, it was literally the diplomatic version in all red and some white but included all of the turrets and Republic symbol. Who here remembers?
Always loved the Consular-class. Though preference dictates that the Clone Wars refit would be a must. Love that in the lore some Consulars became smuggling vessels in the Imperial era.

I dont know if you are familiar but in a old RPG book called 'The Far Orbit Project' for the Privates and Privateer series there is a absolutely HUGE and awesomely detailed map of it, spanning more than 10 pages. Looking back on it, I'm still amazed we haven't had a Consular-class be the hero ship in a tv show or video game yet. Small enough to land almost anywhere, can go in atmo, room to explore inside and converse with companions (and acquire more), room to store inventories, weapons for defense/offence, captain's quarters (modify the salon pod for that), fast, nimble, room for smuggling goods (if applicable), modifiable (good 'ole CEC).... honestly, if we ever get an RPG game to the level of KotOR set in the Imperial era or shortly post-Endor, have this be the hero ship

@@LoneWolf20213 Oh uh easier is a comparative adjective version of easy which means you use it to describe a comparison or difference between two things. Easy means you have achieved something without difficulty. The issue is mostly that we don't know enough about the specs of the ship to say whether that would be even doable. An increase in speed requires more efficient engines and a more efficient powerplant. It'd require a more advanced (or just powerful) hyperdrive to get to a class 1 as well as the increased power draw from the weapons. Boosting the ship's defensive capabilities will further strain the power systems as well as adding mass to the ship meaning the engines need to be even more efficient again. On top of that you want to add about 12 metres to the ship which would be a major undertaking while adding capacity for starfighters and troop transport will also add further strain to the ship. The starfighters could dock externally like they do with the CR90 but there's no way in hell you're getting a hangar bay on the thing. After all of that such a resource intensive refit would result in a ship that really isn't going to be as good as a purpose built design even if it could be done. Given that the CR90 existed easily in time to get them in large numbers the refit could only have been to turn it into a transport that had teeth rather than a full warship.

Given your spelling mistakes and general odd language use I assumed you were a non-native English speaker and genuinely were uncertain of the word. How do you see the ship able to stretch? Go on I'm curious, what does that mean to you? To me it means they have to cut the ship in two somewhere and add an extra 12m section. This then has to be wired in just the same as the rest of the ship and then joined to the rest of the ship, this is more than likely going to create a weak spot exactly where this work was done. Just adding a more powerful power plant isn't as simple as it sounds, firstly a more powerful power plant is more likely to be larger. We don't need more powerful, we need more efficient. This means the footprint is the same or smaller and delivers the same or more power. All i'm saying is modifying this ship to be a better warship makes no sense when we already have a better warship at that point in time, the refits that were made were more than likely to give the transport role of the ship some defense if unescorted.
This may be the first ship I've encountered in the star wars universe that has no weapon systems of any kind. Every other ship I can think of had at least some kind of weapons, even if just one or two low powered laser cannons.
Believe it or not, but the millitarized version was not actually created for the Clone Wars, but was first seen on a card that came with the 2001 Saesee Tiin action figure.
I would give it a similar retrofit to the C70 but with many laser turrets on the "wings", the wedges off the sides. I would also have two turbolaser turrets on each of the ship's engines so it could take out a capital ship's turbolasers while it escaped, allowing it to be a very effective hit and run vessel.
I'd just take c70, downgrade those TLs to point defence canons and make the pod a container with two torpedo/missile launchers and reasonable amount of ammo. I'd call that c70 M. Other option - make that pod a proper cargo hold - then c70 C. Pod optimised for S&R missions - c70 SAR etc.
@@Jfk2Mr Good concept, and add more laser cannons, not just replace with equal number. The lower power draw versus turbolasers means more can be fitted without increasing the reactor. And the replaceable multi mission pod is a simple but effective upgrade, it can be done without the ship waiting in dry dock for ages. Just build the pod separately and modify the ships control systems, then slip it in. From a logistics perspective it's a quick upgrade which is what you want, not tying up facilities that could be building a new combat ship from scratch. And the simple modular nature means that you don't need a bunch of different ship types sitting round in your inventory. As for combat performance, point defense is key, especially in it's support roles where fighter swarms are the main threat (you can't do search and rescue with enemy capital ships in your face, but you might need to deal with fighters). And for larger enemy ships, a salvo of missiles from the combat variant of the pod is better than duking it out.

So there is a weird quirk with the dimensions. The c70 is actually 20 meters longer that the base Consular class. I can't find anything difference in size based on looks, other things were obviously added

Canon vid covering most important events would be 5 minutes long. Same thing for the EU would take around 30. But it could work as a special, for example for reaching a certain number of subscribers, or for anniversary of channel creation
What is the full armament of the consular in the charger refit. Every time i hear it it always mentioms the 4 dual turbolasers and nothing of the lasers. Are the dual lasers at the front on turrets or fixed? And the ones at the back?
