    By the way it looks like there is a factory filter Inside the hydraulic oil tank itself. Your filter install looks better, but good to know another one exists. Here is their video.

      Yes there is a filter in the tank but it's only a screen, I just call them "rock stoppers" and are very hard to service and access. Thanks for the link and watching.

    That's weird they would install the oil cooler in front of the air intake for the motor. The motor will be sucking in hot air from the oil cooler. I would imagine it would be better to mount the oil cooler on the other side of the engine compartment? Am I wrong here?

      @@skeller0160 I think the fan on the cooler draws air from the engine compartment and blows it out the side. But yes it still pulls hot air from that compartment past the cooler.

    I looked at the parts list but specifically what fitting sizes for the frmale to connect to the hydraulic cooler the male size to go to the 90 that currently connects to cooler.

      The fitting sizes end up being 1/2" to fit the relocated cooler return line which was also 1/2 "

    Is there a place in Moose Jaw to get custom hydraulic lines made up? I know Princess Auto does but locally???

      @@InternetDude what you normally do is take the old hose if you have one and cut the tubes off and make a new hose with tube type ends or adapters. I would need to chat about it with you and get you on the right path. You can email me and we can exchange numbers.

    do know what size hydraulic cooler flow do you have thanks

    • @Nova.1971
      @Nova.1971  4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      The cooler came with the excavator so I’m not sure what the exact flow it can handle. As pumps on these machines are not that high of flow I’m sure they can handle it.
