Supposedly Retluxe offers a full refund within 30 days. I’ll see if that is true as well.
Update 3/31/19 - Returns are all sent to China and require a tracking number. They can take their time to analyze the product and still choose not to refund. Beware.

I think the best deep scratch remover is water and light sandpaper. Sand it with water then rub some compound then any polishing spray. It does the work. If it looks a little blury because because of the sanding just keep polishing it it will look amazing..

Same experience, it didn’t work for light scratches.
On the video ad you can tell the paddles they are hitting the car with are coated in something or made of something that will leave residue/marks but wipe right off appearing to fill in “scratched”
Just used this myself. It’s a very light surface scratch. Didn’t work whatsoever
On a car it has layers of paint, if you get a scratch on the first layer tcut will work, if its deep like you can put your finger nail in it layer 2/3 its down to the metal it needs a respray. You could try getting paint same colour an with a fine brush paint it in, but would need a respray for 100% finish

It only works on plastic bumper and only can remove colored pain, I had this product for a long time and I haven't used it till today I should had record it but I was doubt it at first because of this it would not work on metal as it shows here, but it worked great on plastic, My black front bumper had a yellow paint on it from the yellow metal barrier

It’s suppose to be for paint scuffs and surface scratches. I’ve used a few paint restore, they work to a certain degree. Haven’t used this product though.
SHK yes I did expect that. Their website claimed they created a compound that would do that. Or at least a super light hair line scratch. Plus it was rated 4.9 stars on their website by hundreds of reviews and also rated by hundreds on Facebook that it works. So I gave it a try. Could be just my batch is bad. Who knows.

Did you get the refund?, I saw your video sadly after buying the f$§% product.... such a scam. Im planing to ask for the refund as I am still inside the 30 days.
I tried to ask for a refund. But to ship it to China is risky because it’s expensive and they can always claim they never received it. I thought shipping would remain in the US, I was very wrong.
Im having the same problem I dont trust to return to the product their clearly dodgy and they won't refund fully they offer like 10 usd at the most

Bought this, just tried it..biggest load of SHIT ever. I have a 5 week old car which had some stone chips scratches on it. If anything this create made it worse! It scratched the surface more!!! Ill probably just use it on my hob or give it to my ex to use on his car so he can scratch the shit out of it

These things always claim to do the impossible. You know in your mind that their claim is impossible, but then they show you a doctored video or a deceiving demonstration and then you start thinking “hmm, I guess it is possible” but it’s not! Lol
There is nothing deceiving in this demonstration. It is a thorough video giving the product every chance possible to prove itself.
Gemelle the commercial doesn’t show how it looks after it has had time to dry. That’s why it’s deceiving. If it showed them after it has dried, the scratches would be clearly visible.
Ah I see. You’re talking about the Retluxe commercial. Yes they totally put a deceiving video on their website. They don’t show what happens after the product has dried. I actually believe they photoshopped the video too. Deep scratches doesn’t work at all. Yet they have some deep scratches in their video. The 100% money back guarantee is a scam too. Plus all the 4.9 star ratings on their website and all the Facebook comments that claims it works.

Save your money. Hire a professional that can help. Some auto detailing techs can help remove light scratches too.
