We have soft water so the hardness reduction resin in the filters are redundant, and the sediments in our water is below 1 micron in diameter, so the 5 micron rated filters cannot filter out sediments. The carbon is for removing other impurities such as VOCs, but the quality of water here is so good the content of impurities is very low

The CA government published data that the stream received 3,200 PRs in the last two years, which is equivalent to the per year number of HK residents who became PRs in 2019. Therefore, Canada has not actually absorbed more HK residents as immigrants than before 2019. This data does not include HK residents who became PR through other pathway such as family class.
This’s very likely that the recent application for PR by means of Stream A/ B will not be approved given the recent change of immigration policy under Trudeau’s government
