I wonder if they have made changes to the CEX app to make it harder for people buying at bootsales etc? Guess a lot of people are trading stuff in and maybe they have a backlog of stuff they can't shift? Or their app developers aren't very good...
With the cex vouchers can you use it at any cex or does it have to be used at the shop you get it from , just asking as I’ve not traded anything in yet
Great pickups as always. The PS5 games were a steal. Totally agree with the snatching, no point going down to their level. It’s just a game at the end of the day.

12 years ago car boots were fantastic - used to pick up retro stuff easily, now, not very good. Oh well 😎- as you said next time just make an offer for the lot 😎

I'd avoid Funko pops for flipping, it's a downward trend for most of them. At them moment there are over 15,000 different ones, increasing all the time. Think beanie babies with IP Licences.

I normally start saying pretty loud, brains brains. Do get a few funny looks ha ha. You probably know but for models keep a eye out for vintage dinky Toys. Everything I find them always sell for great monet most the time. Sold one vehicle for 80 quid. Found in a kids toy box in a charity shop for 20p. It's crazy. Staff just think just a Old car and get thrown in toy box. I love digging now in box's of cars. Just never no. Great games room. 👍🕹🎮

Hate the new cex app! They have definitely taken a step backwards with it. As for the people swarming and snatching, it's the reason i dont really do car boots anymore. It's a real shame as it ruined the hobby for me.
People at the Carbootsales are just rude and selfish they don’t care about anyone but themselves and is why they do it - the thing i hate most about them. But best not to lose your cool because its not worth it

Yeah mate it’s not user friendly at all!! Yeah luckily it’s not always bad but you do have to deal with some muppets every now and then 😂
