I hate to say anything about this video since I too create and make mistakes...but I was expecting some performance comments on the shocks when you went for a ride. Unless I missed that part. You have a 2018 Ultra. How did you get the Temp and air pressure to show up on your infotainment center. I have a 17 Road Glide Ultra with the same set up. Do you have factory "extras"?
I've got a road glide special with the same king tour pack on a quick disconnect love the look without it! Not so much with but on trips it holds a ton!
I am not crazy about the look of the hand guards probably look better with different bars! I might get a set and only use them in winter?
On another note have you seen the new bars KST just released today? 1.5" adjustable! Looks pretty sick! Called vanguards.

I would have thought for a build like this that you would be referencing a HD workshop manual and actually read it for disassembling and reassembling things. I bought said manual for my FXLR and it covers the ABS stuff. Perhaps I missed this in an earlier video.

@@BikeNBird Hopefully we do all learn from mistakes, but things not done properly on a motorcycle can result in death, just because a part put on incorrectly fits doesn't mean it is going to work as intended. Spending $100 or whatever a manual costs in the USA is a no brainer. Hate to think of the consequences down the road if the ABS warning light was blown or not working and you never got any warnings that the wheel bearings etc were not reinstalled correctly.

@@nevillegreg1 Nothing is 100% no matter who does it, the amount of training, money involved, etc. NASA was one of the best until SpaceX was born. How many manned spacecraft have killed people? Billions of dollars, hundreds of years of combined education and people still died. When you drop you vehicle off to a dealer you have zero proof they're looking at a manual every single time.
When it's all done the Battle Donkey will be stylin' and profilyn', maybe not quite like Rick Flair, but stylin' and profilyn' none the less.
On cars there is a magnet side of the bearing that if not installed correctly it will throw the abs light on.
What kind of gloves were you riding with?

No sir just the standard. HDs are for the BIG boys. Like 500lb+

They 883 had my stock 2015 Road Glide air shocks.
Did you epoxy seal the garage floor yourself? Rust-Oleum makes a kit I’d like to try but I’ve read lots of reviews how it eventually peels and flakes.
Him and the entire OG Crew did the floor. Seems to me to be holding up well.
Like Ken said, we did it ourselves. It's all in the prep work. If you take your time and do it right it will last for years.
Do you need to jack up the bike in order to put the shocks on? I heard you need to jack it up.

harley makes a bracket for anyone that doesnt wanna drill their fender 67900167 is chrome and 67900362 is black, i paid about 60 if i remember right

Any issue with hitting the brake light wire on the back side of the fender when you drilled the holes?
It’s crazy how awful the stock suspension looks! It’s like Harley just didn’t put any thought into the suspension on a touring bike!
How much vibration is there on the Rokform mount?

@@beabt1 You're right, he is. Not everyone has an integrated GPS though. You can also see who is calling or if a message pops up.
