So I'm mostly grabbing footage of the bike rather than signing up for that portion of the affiliate program where folks can test. As you know we live out in the middle of nowhere with very few people to come check it out haha. I think that'll mostly be reserved for folks that live in bigger towns/cities where there is more interest. Hope things are going well sir!
Looks sweet! This is on my short list at the moment. I can take it in my Cybertruck and charge it up easily from either the 120/240v outlets in the bed. I have the optional 240 and 120 volt pigtail kit from tesla. So I can use my Tesla mobile charger with it's J1772 adapter and plug that into Rivid's adapter to complete the setup. Then just plug into the Cybertrucks bed outlets to charge it up quickly. I already have one of the NIU 100P Electric Scooters that I keep in the the truck. That's for any last mile driving around. 😁
It is a great commuter bike and to get those short distances for errands etc. Sounds like you are committed to the electric lifestyle! I'm holding off on getting the bigger vehicles until the range gets a tad better and battery technology catches up with the motors. Thanks for sharing your setup! - Shane
@DnSAdventures I love the Cybertruck! However the $1,280/Month payment stings! 💸 I recently sold my YZF-600R. Looking HARD at the new Suzuki DRZ-4SM Supermoto to replace it. But also looking at an electric motorcycle for close range riding to cut down on maintenance. I despise maintenance! The less there is, the better!
It looks really nice. I read that it weighs the same as the anthem, even though at first look it seems a bit smaller in size, or is it? Is it actually shorter or slightly smaller? I will have to try and test drive one in the near future. Thanks for a great review. 🤘
My understanding is that they share the same frame, just have a different seat, suspension, and handlebar setup. It is very fun to ride in sport mode! - Shane
American founder, US based company, at least partially US manufactured, US assembled. I'm sure elements are coming from China, but that's true of everything.
I'm really enjoying my Ryvid Outset as well. I'm in the Ryvid FB Group as well. Nice video. :)
Interesting to hear about this new bike. Hopefully people will come and meet up with you and test this thing out. Very good overview!

see if you can find out what brake pads are used on the outset. I assume the brakes are borrowed from another bike.
Where’s the old bike? Maybe I missed
Still have it, but putting it up for sale. Probably sell it in the Spring once people start riding around here again.
It does look cool though, shame it is a Chinese

Made here in the USA in California. One of the attractive selling points for it in my opinion.
@DnSAdventures oh is it? So many Chinese small ebike nowadays. Hard to know which one is not from there. Have a good day sir
