Dave, could you do a video at some point on perhaps how you built your speed chops? I know there are a lot of videos out there detailing how to get faster, but I really appreciate your teaching style and I think it would be super interesting and useful to how you developed your speed. Some exercise ideas, tips, etc. Impressive chops to say the least.
