Nice little video! It gives me determination to replace the flooring in a house which I plan to buy next year. A small, 1930s, German-built, 120m2 single-storey house with 2 (original) rooms in the loft. First the new roof, then the ceiling joists! Unfortunately the roof will probably require a concrete wall plate before replacing the floor/ceiling joists, but it shouldnt cost too much for about 20-25 metres. I hope :D Nice job!!
Thanks for watching. Thank for the kind comments and really nice to her it has inspired someone is a real plus, I'm sure you will do a fantastic job and save loads of money, DIY. Good luck with your build. 👍
Should of got a 94mm hanger for them stairwell openings mark, shouldn’t cut back any material from the hangers because it messes with the structural integrity of them
Well I for one thought you made a great job of that Mark. The sandwich beams look immensely strong. Well done
On a tight budget the new beams were a good option, thank you. Thanks for watching 👌
