Welcome to my Do It Myself channel. Have some fun doing it yourself and renovating property. Capturing my journey along the way on how I bought my property and renovating it, while we live on site. Carrying out large and small refurbishment projects, to improve and increase it's appeal. I'm trying to complete lots of do it yourself jobs, hopefully saving some money along the way and keeping control of my budget.
Breathing New Life in to an Old Cottage.
For the past year or so I have been living on site, renovating my little 150 year old cottage I bought at on an online auction. I'm transforming the whole place to make it more liveable to today standards on a tight budget and on my own, DIY style. I finally start to get a chance to breath some life inside the old place and I start to line out the walls. I'm adding some timber battening, insulation and plasterboard dry lining, ready for plastering...
