And one more thing, I have seen few people using Pin joint in middle of the building( model), why they are doing that? Plze clarify my doubts, I will be eagerly waiting for your video on this topic. I think pin joint they are adding for joint displacements which are related to Earthquake resistant buildings
in footing design the maximum spacing should be 300mm between bars .

Mr Shravan, nice video. But my doubt is your beam depth is less than the width. Normally if depth is more you may reduce the reinforcement..

After creating model, coming to loads - how much loads we have to give bro like in real life..I don't know about loadings..in how much kn/m is acting for single story
Sir, after designing a structure if we look at the result sheet, for beams at different cross sections for a particular beam, there will be different reinforcement,(Means at some c/s there will be reduction in bars at the top and same at bottom) so which one to choose or consider..please reply (this question is not regarding this video, generally while designing I observed this issue..please clarify)

There are so many mistakes in this video .... Most of the viewers doesn't know the basic concepts and Codal provision so they are praising video. Also with this inputs he is getting about 100 warnings and he ignored them. Maybe most of the Sections were failed there
