Ohh... Making it more like a wooden cube, with bits and pieces removed for effect (to create a wooden Borg Cube lookalike), small holes drilled from those bits and pieces to a hollow center filled with resin and a lot more wire. The shine would be brighter through those holes to the surface of the Cube. Also have very thin lines and dots here and there (cut through to the center) for those extra details on the Cube. It would look like a "dead" cube during the day, but come to life at night. Instead of a touch control, using a light sensor so that it suddenly starts shining that ominous... Borg_green™ 😅
I've seen A LOT of epoxy projects but this is one of the best I've seen. I appreciated how you explained every step of the process and your thoughts behind it. A very elegant end product, thanks for showing it.
Just the thought process behind something this complicated is insane to me. That whole thing was incredible to watch, the precision was out of this world!
Glad you did upload again! I wouldn’t have run across it I don’t think. I love the way you put the electronics together. Have been looking for classes where I can learn those skills. Would love to include light as an element in my designs too. The ends of the skewers create a marvelous textural landscape. Great job!!!❤
He renovated his apartment. This was a project he's always wanted to do to commemorate it as the "final touch" to completing the renovation. I'm sorry your brain is broken.
Put a lithium battery in the base and it will run for months on a charge. Add a photo detector so it automatically turns on when it's dark. You could use it as an emergency battery to charge your phone when there's no power.
Nicely done. People dont realize how exsoensive and absolutely incredible that Mirka sander is. Can sand tge finest surface all the way to hogging away wood leveling stairs tread or stripping down a log cabin. The quality is bizarre how good it is along with its other tools and vacuum.
I'm guessing that you'd retail this piece in the neighborhood of $1,400 USD. Close? Professional artwork display piece! Very pleasing appearance and it makes a great decorative nightlight. Thanks for sharing your journey of inspiration and technical precision! 😊
A fun project and a great result! I would enjoy the building but I would have no place to put things I make. The process of making is the funniest part. That is except for running 10 meters through the wood panels.
I like it partly because it has a sci-fi Borg look. Good work.

What an incredible amount of time and effort...for that.
I bet it would make five years in a minimum security federal joint go by in a flash, tho.
Detallista, y de fino arte. Bella lámpara.
It’s insane. Does he say how long it took?
This is an afternoon or two max for a skilled maker. If you've ever made anything like this, you enjoy it for years, totally with the time and money.
@joeblow229 😂😂😂 epoxy alone took a week to cure but yeah, couple of afternoons.
Great hell... it's amazing!!!
Mindblowing!!!
Hour by hour total precision and perfect shapes!!!
Chapeau 🎩
I wouldn’t have enough patience for this project. Kudos!
Very cool a lot of work for that lamp but def very nice
This completed an apartment Restoration?
😂😂
Yes, the lamp is the apartment.
How much work????
He renovated his apartment. This was a project he's always wanted to do to commemorate it as the "final touch" to completing the renovation.
I'm sorry your brain is broken.
Hahahahaha I’m so glad that I wasn’t the only one who was thinking this. This comment confirms that I’m not crazy.
The amount of patience and the meticulous effort in creating this masterpiece is really astonishing ! Excellant work if creativity !
That is a beautiful piece. Thank you for showing connections❤❤
Ok, fantástico trabajó maestro, muyyyy entretenido y muchos palillos.👍🤓😜
you shouldnt be soldering wires that go inside screw terminals
Yeah bad practice. It's against code here in Australia. Will need to retighten them a couple of times now.
For several hundred milliwatts on 5v network will work fine.
Put a lithium battery in the base and it will run for months on a charge. Add a photo detector so it automatically turns on when it's dark.
You could use it as an emergency battery to charge your phone when there's no power.
Insane amount of work and a nice lamp, but was it worth the time spent? Hope so! ❤
Really amazing and meticulous craftsmanship!
Awesome work!
Excellent work
Thanks for sharing
Amazing!

Professional artwork display piece! Very pleasing appearance and it makes a great decorative nightlight.
Thanks for sharing your journey of inspiration and technical precision! 😊
That looks fantastic, great work!
Great idea, great esthetics!
This is a wonderful project! I love your modern artistic vision, unique materials and fine workmanship. 💚
This thing is a piece of art, which means it's outstanding and unfixable... Hope you never get a malfunction in all these cords
Great job. It’s a good hobby project. As a landlord,I do recommend you never place this in your property. Most of tenants will throw in the trash.
That was absolutely awesome. Great job mate. Well done!!!
Looks bloody AWESOME brother! Liked & Subbed 🤘😎🤘 ❤️
Fantastic work of art.
Waaaw ! What a piece of art !! May I ask what kind of epoxy you used ?
Impressive in both design and execution.
A fun project and a great result!
I would enjoy the building but I would have no place to put things I make. The process of making is the funniest part. That is except for running 10 meters through the wood panels.
You just make me watch your video till the end. Nice job❤❤❤
Some people are so clever and talented ❤
Nicely done… made me think about other landscape mixed material projects I’ve seen.
Awesome job. If I made it I would use a multi color one
That is an amazing piece of art❤❤❤stunning
Nice work. That is one really pretty lamp

Stunningly beautiful!!!🤩
How did you visualise this project? Very creative thought process in addition to skill. **clapping**
Awesome project 👍🏻
Ignore all the negative comments, IT'S BEAUTIFUL
Reupload?
Yeah. Disappointed. Was looking forward to a new thing
Not even 10k views compared to this one at 177k?... think he knows what he's doing. 😅
Amazing work! 👏🏻👏🏻
That was very creative.
It looks very cool, but that's so much work for a decorative lamp
Wow. Awesome work.
That really turned out beautiful. Super good job and an A+ on patience in dealing with all those little pieces as well. 👍
Beautiful!
crazy, very cool man! How long did it take you to make this?
Thats awesome.
Thank you so much, very inspirational!
Really creative and a stunning result!
Well done my friend.
Симпатично. Жаль только, что совершенно неремонтопригодно. Любая проблема со светящейся трубкой и светильник превратится в тыкву.
Very nice project
If you make a panel with this style it will be like Matrix.
It's a great Work 👍👍👍👍
Bagus banget,tidak terpikirkan....❤❤❤
I want this lamp so badly
Reminds me of the stones from fifth element when it’s lit up in the dark.
It's beautiful. You're insane, but it is beautiful.
Well, I actually like it very much❤
10 for the beauty, 5 for the usefulness...
This is fiber optic cable, not wire. Cable or fiber would be the proper shortening of the term.
It's the Matrix lamp!
Beautiful
I didn't care what he's doing, i love listening to him talk!
Great Job!
Very good 👍
tremendous job...
“Cozy ambiance?” More like eerie or creepy.
Very nice
That's pretty baller G
Super cool
Grandios. Wunderschön.🌟🌟🌟
