Honarable mentions no particular order. Marco/King/Katakuri, oden, sanji, greenbull, megellan(seems weird but he no diffed all of impel down plus BB pirates hard to determine where he ranks now but thats a crazy feat to start with)

BM scales above BB and possibly akainu but that's a close one, luffy doesn't scale above kaido yet (in a 1v1 he'd probably still lose), WB should be atleast scaled equally to roger just like shanks and mihawk were, if not equal they should be flipped WB one spot over Roger. These are all just my opinions, but i feel the story supports these.
I think G5 is stronger than kaido at this point
