My favorite theory is that black beard at a mythical zoan model bai ze which is a Chinese mythical creature with three heard and it split his soul into three parts.This explains his Jolly Roger having three skulls and he doesn’t sleep because the souls switch places instead. Each soul is missing different teeth and he is able to eat multiple devil fruits because he has two extra souls to bind to the two extra fruits. The fact that Blackbeard appeared multiple times, IN THE MANGA, with different set of teeth missing tells me that is definitely on purpose. Oda pays attention to every detail on his story, and he doesn't add or change anything for no reason. And while it can definitely happen that he made a mistake, he is human after all, I go by the rule that once is a mistake, twice is a coincidence, but not only three times but rather 8 times, that is definitely a pattern.

This calculation is without any breaks.... i love this video ^^
My calcul
1.100 × 20 × 4 = 88.000 minutes = 61 days just to watch every episode at 0.25 speed + add 61 ÷ 4 = 15 days (because you watched it at usual speed too, right ?)
61 + 15 = 76 days
