Oh and the bridge with grass underneath is the old railway bridge there was a railway station in Tayport as the road bridge only opened in 1966. The bus stop with the bush behind it has has that for as long as I’ve been alive. So a long time. Thanks again for doing this you made my day and brought Tayport back into my heart
Well I’m from Tayport I now live in Australia. You have just walked past the street where I grew up and the Episcopal church St Mary’s was the church I went too. Episcopal church is part of the high Church of England and this head is the Queen. I am grateful you are doing this I can’t wait to show my grown up 19 & 15 year old sons as they have never been to Scotland yet .
I came across this fascinating video this after visiting Tayport last week. I share your enthusiasm for this lovely little town. My wife and I are seriously considering retiring here in a few years time.

Just viewing from Melbourne Australia. Visited Tayport many times, have friends there. The Gibsons. Last there three years ago. Notice no graffiti or litter. Cobbies Inn does some fantastic food in Tayport. Thoroughly recommended. Happy Birthday GM.
