I love your teaching techniques. You shred every little aspect of lashing so well that it makes it easy for us to learn. Thank you for sharing your knowledge 🥰
Loving this channel, after hairdressing for 26 years I'm now adding lashes to my services and absolutely LOVING the learning process. I love the detail you go into as training courses don't always cover every aspect!👍🏻🙌
I actually explain to my clients the 3 stages of hair growth. I’m an esthetician too lol and when I talk about that they understand lash shedding and when it comes to cleaning your lashes I say to them , imagine not washing your hair for 2-3 weeks, what would your hair feel like? Lol
Thanks Lauren! I'm really glad you enjoyed the information in this video - If you ever have any video topic's you're interested in learning about feel free to shoot me a message! x
Before pandemic lockdown. I have no problem lashes retention. Most of my clients come every 3/4 weeks . But after I’m back to worked . Most of my clients came back with lashes poor retention. I’m switching the glue so many different brands. Either cheap or expensive. Still same issues. Frustrating 🥺
I know this can be so frustrating - I feel the pain!! How are you storing your glue and what glue's are you using/tried? Please give us a dm on instagram we want to help you get to the bottom of this problem! @lostartistrylash on instagram
I did my cousins lashes Friday. Of last week she said that her daughter pulled them off. When I went to go see her one week later Saturday she literally had 4 lashes. She showed me a picture that on Wednesday one day had shed a lot. I just don’t understand how they were completely gone by Day 8. She said she washes with water. Would her diabetes have anything to do with it?
Hey Lenni! Referring back to this video there are a-lot of factors as to why this could be happening. Have you asked your clients about some of the retention problems I listed in this video? This could be her daughter pulling them off, her face wash, possibly she is not using a proper lash shampoo... Diabetes should not effect the lashes :)
I had never thought about and wasn't tought in my course about lash brushing. Thank you! Speaking of mascaras, would there be any recommendations for a client who wants to wear mascara?
I don't normally recommend mascaras just because it usually takes oil removers to break down mascaras BUT if you can find an eyelash extension safe mascara that would be preferable. We may possibly be looking into something like this in the future!! :)
Not sure if you have a video on this 🤔. But would you be able to do a video about placement for classics? I just feel that I have problems with the base sticking up and it's just driving me crazy in between taking four hours plus this placement...😔 any tips I'd be forever grateful
Make sure your clients are educated on all of the ways they could be hurting their retention as well! You never know... they could be picking, exposing their lashes to head etc!

Hi girl! Big fan. Question: is it safe for our clients apply lashes when their pregnant? Talking about health

I’ve been having the same issue !
Maybe it´s because of the masks. The humidity around the eye area goes up and your glue might be too fast drying now
