BEST Thai Cooking School! (🇹🇭 Chiang Mai, Thailand)

The best Thai cooking school in Chiang Mai, Thailand is Grandma's Home School Cooking. Our day started out by getting picked up from our hotel and driven to a local market. At the market, we learned about the ingredients that we would be using during our cooking class. Then we arrived at Grandma's Home School Cooking and picked out our menus. Next we explored the organic garden and picked some Thai herbs and vegetables to use in our dishes. After the garden tour, it was time to go to our cooking stations and get to cooking. We had such a great time learning how to cook traditional Thai food and highly recommend Grandma's Home School Cooking.

Appetizer: Deep Fried Spring Roll (Poh Piah Tod)
Soup: Hot and Sour Soup (Tom Yam) and Coconut Soup (Tom Kha)
Stir Fry : Thai Stir-fried with Rice Noodle (Pad Thai)
Curry: Kao Soi Curry (Khao Soi) and Green Curry (Gang Keaw Waan)
Dessert: Mango Sticky Rice (Khao Niao Mamuang)
Extra: Papaya Salad (Som Tam)
We did the full-day course:
