Court documents reveal new details about the interviews police did with his ex-wife Shanna Gardner, her new husband Mario Fernandez-Saldana, and his tenant Henry Tenon. All three are now behind bars. Shanna Gardner ran off to Washington state, leaving her new husband Mario Fernandez-Saldana to face charges by the police for the crime that she instigated. Wow, she seems like a real prize for anyone to have as a partner.

Shanna’s parents suck. They haven’t allowed Jared’s widow to see the children in years (even though they’re super close) and hadn’t allowed them to see their half siblings.

They are actually orphans, though they still have their maternal grandparents. Their paternal grandparents(his parents)who have been denied access to their grandchildren as well.
IMO I think Shanna used Mario from the very beginning the same way Wendi used Jeff! Eerily similar!

DIDDO. It was so awesome to watch her (finally) get arrested & of course, seeing her formally charged with murder!!!!
She seemed to honestly believe she was untouchable because of having rich parents…. _and_ by having moved out of the state of FL, separating herself from her husband & the case. I think she fully believed her husband (going to be ex-husband) & the man who actually did the shooting would end up taking “the fall” & she’d get to move on with her life as if nothing happened. Her believing she’d get off was evident once she was returned back to FL, at which point, she acted so nonchalant & flippant with Mommy & Daddy having hired the best lawyers money could buy - & with this, she believed she had nothing to worry about. But, she sure has changed her tune now that the preliminary hearings have happened & she learned of all the evidence the prosecutors have compiled against her!!!! 👩⚖️😳🫣🔐

Scary. We use to marry people we grew up around. Families knew each other since childhood. Like your high school sweet heart. Now we meet strangers online or at work 😢 also your family use to strongly be involved in these decisions, now that “offensive” … when in reality having multiple people that know and love you is so helpful in making such a huge decision. Happy I did it the traditional way even though we are young

I blievee that they are two different men. She had an affair with a personal trainer from a gym while she was married to Jared. Then, after her divorce, she met Mario, at a CrossFit gym, where he was a handyman.

If a mother could put her daughter through such a traumatic moment in her life, no matter her age, and risking killing her is a vile mother and human. I truly hope, if this was really done by her, that her child never sees her again. I hope she has a strong support system and gets the proper help and care she will need to steer through all of this. And especially for her in the future when she starts asking questions.
The two children they had together, the twins,were a boy and a girl. He had two daughters with his new wife Kirsten.

The child in the car was his daughter with his 2nd wife. The first wife didn’t care , she wanted sole custody.

That to me it’s just really odd and why would you need his help she could find somebody else to fall in love with and move in with her and help her with the kids. Another layer of sadness, Jared’s twins will grow up not knowing their sisters, since they are living with Shannon’s family. I hope there is evidence to show her family is involved, so that the kids will be raised by Jared’s family.

Regarding the case though, it's heartbreaking that a mother was so willing to take her children's father from them and also leave two other children without a father because she's a selfish and evil person.

I was married to a man that would get out and move a tire because he cared about others running over it or wrecking. Maybe it’s a country thing.
Jessie didn’t report it, but it was a narrow one way road. They knew Jared went down that specific one way road to get home after he left Shanna’s house. They specifically put the tires in the one way road knowing he would HAVE to move to the tires to actually continue driving. Idk why most shows leave that detail out because it adds a lot of context.

The road that they chose to put the tires in was a one-way road. I think that’s important context for the story. Shanna and Mario knew that Jared drove down that one-way road to get home after he would leave their house. That road was specifically chosen because it was a one-way road. They knew that if there was something in the way, like a tire, Jared would HAVE to get out of his car to move it out of the way. It’s a really important detail to the story.
