@@BajanEnglishman51 Basically, they were Romanians, but Hungary conquered it in the 1000s, so all the nobles were Hungarians, and some regions became majority Hungarian over time. Later on, the Hungarian king brought Germans as settlers after the Mongols raided and depopulated some regions.
