Thanks for the informative video! I had forgotten what PCOS was an acronym for, but I was thankful that you posted it in a hashtag beneath the video.
Your voice is very relaxing and easy to listen to, so I appreciate all of the videos you post! I also have Ehlers Danlos syndrome.

Thank you so much. Sometimes I feel my voice sounds more tired than relaxing! I struggle with sleep, which is something I hope to address but with constant muscular pains from EDS and fibromyalgia, it's a tough thing. But again, thank you for appreciating my videos and giving your constant support. I hope you're managing to manage your EDS? :)

@@FootprintsNoBoundariesByShruti I've had sleep issues, too. The POTS medication Clonidine, taken in a low dose before bed, has helped a lot with my sleep and a bit with pain. Its sister medication, Tizanidine, is popular for treating EDS muscle pain.
Oxycodone, taken in small doses at strictly set times during the day, has been the only thing that's managed my pain. That's also helped me with sleep. People with chronic pain tend to have fewer issues with opioids, if the medication is managed responsibly. Those can aggravate mast cell activation syndrome, but thankfully my Ehlers Danlos didn't give me that additional medical condition.

Very informative. I can now see that my issues might be highly related to my PCOS. Its amazing to see how something so simply can affect the whole mind and body. But its also good to know that by controlling it, the rest will come into place

      Thank you Palina.
Yes, it can appear to be simple but when it starts to trouble other organs and the mind, it becomes far more complex to manage but there are ways to do so. It's just that, it can be tough for many to create that focus and consistency.
Good luck on your journey of health.

Hi Sai, I haven't fully recovered but it's managed better through medication and diet. Have you seen a specialist urologist?
