Actually you'd be surprised how easy it usually is to survive with half the enemy on your six in a MiG-21Bis with how small and nimble it is. Literally just do some barrel and aileron rolls and you can get so many overshoots to happen.
And then there is one guy who sits back and snipes you with a missile from the side line. Usually what I do when I see two or more players against one.

The same thing happened to me with the Mig-15. Five or six planes chased it. I recorded everything that happened to me
If you know how to use the mig15 you'll do good in top tier. Always keep your eye on your speed and looking around, apply airbrakes to turn and cut!
