I am buying a table from a different seller and it is an American pool table which is 6ft. HELP

Ah... American tables are very rare in 6ft sizes as there is no demand for these - are you sure it is? It's a bit easy to pot the balls on a 6ft table and all a bit tight. I would try to get a 7ft table at least, or opt for English pool. Hope this helps!

58" cue 6 ft table = 11 ft x 14 ft room size, 6 ft tables, you'll get tired of quickly, small balls are a bummer, you can get by with a 7 ft table in a 11 x 14 room but you'll have to often use a 48" cue for on the rail shots, just an idea. 13 x 16 is good size for a 7 foot table...any thing less and you need a shorter cue...

16ft by 13 ft seems pretty excessive to me....

Entirely depends how important comfortable cueing space is to you. You can get away with a little smaller if you need to by using shorter cues. :)
