I think people are too stressed on controlling what they eat that it's actually having a reverse effect on them - mentally and physically. Just my thoughts.
it's different with him because his body has a high metabolism that any junk food would be used for fuel. we are not all that blessed. but that doesn't mean healthy food is not delicious. I think you need to do your own research and find what you like and cook it.
A slow metabolism is a risk factor for diseases down the line, anyone can certainly adapt their body to a higher rate of energy expenditure and thus improve overall health and energy levels, but everyone is also stuck up in fear of gaining weight and they live in that never really reaching any point of resiliency like you see in people who really don't give a damn about it.

If you think your body can tell the difference, then you are wrong. Sure, there may be SOME added chemicals like food coloring in the processed foods he eats, but that's obviously nothing to be concerned about since it passed the FDA. I know you might want to argue with me about how all carbs arent the same, so before you may do so, I suggest you google it and do your research. cheers.
