It's still speculation. There's no proof that he is on Anything. Considering the amount of volume and time spent critiquing technique and form on particular movements he does day in and day out, I really don't think it's that hard to believe that he's really just that good. Take tiger woods for example. He practiced and practices to achieve the level of skill he was at and no one credited any PID. I'm not saying all of these guys on that level are clean. But in Rich's particular case, I would say he's legit. There's no 100% proof either way, but that's the way I'm leaning.

Jokes aside, dude absolutely earned everything he's won. But like all other pro sports, you can bet some Test/HGH/Doping of some sort was involved. By the way I'm not hating, I think it ought to be 100% legal. But anyone thinking it's all natural is high. Theres not enough protein shakes and creatine in the world, even if you mainlined it. Of course he doesn't really do CF, nor does he follow the diet, and both of these things are why he wins. Is that ironic or just telling of the system?

All I know is I weigh 155 and can deadlift 500 lbs and can front squat 350. Crossfit works for me and I ain't on shit lol.
